Hidden Gem.
Quality over quantity, friendly, fantastically decorated: that is exactly what a pizza-bar should be about - bravo!
We enjoyed the menu of delicious pizzas, and the cocktails and drinks were excellent too.

Went to get something to eat with the family late on a Monday night.
To my surprise they wouldn't let me bring a minor in with me, even though we've taken them to other licensed venues. Maybe it's a weird WA law.
Anyway, eventually I ordered a pizza, The Fonz, and I was advised I had made a good choice by the bartender. I thought he was just saying that to be polite. But in fact he wasn't. It was a really nice pizza and even the missus thinks so, so much so that she is still mentioning a week later.
If I had more chances I would of gone back again.
Open till very late, cooking till about 11pm so it's definitely worth a visit if you're hungry.

Every time I go there it’s time for a beer and something more. This time was a dirty martini.

What a place. I visited Perth for a week for business. I had the chance of walking around the city center and I came across this place.An amazing rock bar with great music and not only that but they serve an amazing variety of drinks and pizzas. Second time here and it does not disappoint! Great selection of original pizzas on the menu which is frequently updated.

Their cocktails are also awesome and the bar staff are very attentive and friendly. Not to mention that they have a REALLY good selection of bottles and craft beer.

The general ambiance of the restaurant is really cool and I love the layout of the entire place.

Will definitely be returning!!

Traveling solo for business and always looking for the unpretentious, funky locals joint - with good food and drinks. This is a great spot! The bartenders (both named Ben) were welcoming, friendly and provided great service. Great selection of craft beer and top-end alcohol, made into yummo cocktails customized to my taste (Ben knew his gin!). Ordered The Fonz pizza - excellent! Old school rock tunes to boot. Drop into this joint, you will be pleasantly surprised. I'll visit again when back in Perth.

Alfreds Pizzeria is so good it's worth getting out of your PJs for at 8pm Sunday night and walk there.

I've been here a few times and it never disappoints. The Suzy Quatro aka the 4 cheese pizza is sweet baby cheesus heaven.

You can dine on this while experiencing the atmosphere of a basement bar that is usually busy and never fails to deliver a good time. Good tunes, eye catching and conversation starting decor with a wealth of drinks on offer.

If staying at the Ritz or the surrounding areas, do yourself the favour and walk down.

Sensational pizzas and a great range of craft beers. Gets pretty noisy but that’s part of the atmosphere.

Been to this place so many times now. I always love it. The pizzas are great, good selection of spirits and craft beers and the service is always very welcoming.

Bar staff were super friendly (the best I've seen) and that made the experience enjoyable. Pizzas were spectacular. 10/10 as always for Alfred's. Date night or work drinks are sorted.

OLD STYLE LOCAL SECRET
I wasn't sure about putting up a review as it is soooo good and we wanted to keep it to ourselves.
The pizza is not pre made but made to order. Absolutely delicious. So good that we ordered a second! This pizza is the best Perth!
The decor is 60's/70's rock style and worth a visit just to check out the old newspapers, LP's, photographs and retro artists. There is even a Pac-Man!!!
The music is hard rock but it suits the atmosphere.
The staff, especially Dan and Riley, were friendly, helpful and accommodating. They offered suggestions in what to eat and drink and were spot on.
The only recommendation would be to add a Merlot to the drinks menu!

Great friendly service, was handed the menu as soon as I walked in, I got to decide what I wanted whilst the bar tender was serving the couple in front of us.
Was able to buy pizza by the slice. Didn't wait to long for the pizza, and it tasted delicious.

Lovely basement bar and pizzeria. A friend recommended Alfred's pizza claiming that they have the best pizza in Perth.... Did not disappoint 😉 fair prices, a wide range of beers and spirits, thin crust pizza full of flavour. We're definitely coming back to try other flavours 👏🏻

What a cool groovy place this is - and if you can’t find a drink in this place there’s something wrong with you. Pizza was just brilliant, so glad we stumbled upon it during our visit.

AMAZING hole-in-the-wall small bar. The atmosphere is great, good selection of beer and ciders, pizza was tasty and fresh (even late at night). Highly recommend!
