I only just discovered this store since moving to Richmond and I LOVE the stock, sizes, colours and STAFF! Served by Silvia, she was so attentive and fun to be around while picking my outfits. Every staff member was super helpful making the experience as good as shopping with your bestie! Thanks guys!x

A great experience! Went in to pick something up for a formal event and was left extremely happy with the customer service from the worker Lucie. She was incredible with helping me out!

Well stocked so aisles are not wide but good selection. Clean store. Well maintained.

The store is well laid out and the clothes are gorgeous however the person who served me twice was very negative and dismissive to the staff - ordering them to get their phone from the back, glaring at them doing their job made the whole experience awful and I’ll do all my shopping online from now on

Very unhappy with the customer service, and not the experience you’d expect walking into a store.
And I bought a jacket and he just told me they haven’t restock the bags! Awful experience!

Was shopping for about 10 minutes, two staff on the floor and only 1-2 other customers during my shop.
