Have recently had an attic storage room and skylight installed. They have been responsive from quote stage to installation. Skylight has been a great addition. Attic storage was what we were looking for and they answered a lot of last minute questions along the way. Ankit was great. One suggestion is if they could have a dedicated project manager to help manage the job as that’s not really my expertise.

We had an electric ladder installed 3months ago into our place. Best decision we ever made. The electric ladder now has made the whole attic so much more usable for regular storage. The ladder is great quality and feels strong and easily able to handle the weight. The installation process was made really straightforward and they did an excellent job. Highly recommend this company.

Very happy with our 2 new skylights - easy dealing with the Attic Group - their installers did a great job nothing was a problem and they left the place as clean as they found it.

We have an older model ladder installed some years ago and it only recently started to fail. I went to pick up some spare parts expecting to fork out $$$. Not only did I receive detailed instructions on how to replace the parts they gave me the components for free. Excellent customer service

Thank you to Ankit, Daniel and Tim (builder) who assisted us to convert our roof space to a generous storage area. From the initial consultation to the commencement of the building, it has been a pleasure. Tim was exceptionally good in what he does and he communicates well with us. Ankit also organised sparkies to help with installation of lights and powerpoints. We are so looking into enjoying the extra storage space and occasional star gazing through the skylight. Even our cat loves going up to the attic. Great job guys and well done.

After agreement to proceed we were booked in wihtin 2 weeks.
The builders Scott and Andrew were great to deal with and very polite and respectful. They listened to my concerns and addressed everything I wanted. The finished job ended up better than I expected. Very happy and would highly recommend Attic Group!!

Garage Flex was installed in my garage in July, 2021. This allowed all walls storage. The installation process was very efficient. Post initial configuration, the installer returned to provide assistance with accessories and made all adjustments that were thought of post installation. Very professional and very happy with final product as can be seen by the cycling wall shown in photo!

Attic group installed an Attic Ladder and converted our roof space into a storage attic for us over 15 years ago. This ladder has seen a lot of action and has been super reliable. We recently had a service, Rob was outstanding and replaced our old spring and adjusted and oiled the joints for us. We recommend this business and their products highly, they stand by their products decades later!

I would Highly recommend Attic Group. They were recommended by my neighbour so I called for a quote for a skylight and light well to be installed in our dining room. The sales person came promptly, inspected the site thoroughly and quoted on the spot. We were pleasantly surprised at the reasonable and affordable price. Their trades team arrived on time as scheduled, protected all areas from dust and debris, worked quickly, efficiently and to a very high standard of finish. Everything was cleaned up afterwards. I was particularly impressed that when we asked for a variation which involved additional work this was quoted promptly and we gave the go ahead. When it came to doing the work, the variation was not as complex as anticipated so they gave us a 50% discount on that part of the work - very honest and reasonable! Excellent company to deal with from sales through to completion.

I had an attic ladder and storage and 3 skylights installed by the attic group over a period of about 6 months. I found their service to be prompt and reliable. Their tradespeople are very knowledgeable and did a quality job. I had one minor leak in one of the skylights due to an inclement storm in Feb 2022 but they came and fixed it afterwards. All other works have had no issues for almost a year now. I would definitely use them again.

Absolutely exceptional service. I made an inquiry on the Attic website about putting some storage in my attic space, 24 hours later one of the sales guys contacted me and booked me in for a free quote for the following week. The sales consultant who visited my property was very helpful and offered me a great price. The prices were considerably cheaper than any other quote I received and the quality was outstanding. Just completed my renovation with Attic Group and could not be happier! The team were outstanding and their experience really helped with the challenging DA, thanks to Andrew we managed to get approval for a master bedroom, en-suite and walk-in robe as well as the ground floor reconfigurations converting a small semi into a lovely family home. The build team Chris & Doug worked to very high standards and were so considerate of us all living there through the build, even ensuring the puppies were kept safe at all times! Special thanks to Josip who project managed all the trades seamlessly and kept me completely updated though out; such amazing attention to detail and got us to the finish line on time and within budget. Completely thrilled, huge thanks to Attic and all.

The whole process was simple and straightforward. From initial call to installation was quick, easy and fast. The installer did a terrific job and had it done in a morning and cleaned up afterward. Outstanding

The guys turned my useless attic roof space into a useful storage area by replacing an old dangerous attic ladder with a newer stronger model. They then reinforced the ceiling and added flooring ( Which didn't exist up there before. ). All work was clearly done to a professional standard and I was very impressed by their attitude and hard work ethic. Pricing was very reasonable. Cheers Luke, Cass and Phil. Having people working in and on your house while you live and work there within a pandemic lockdown can be challenging but The Attic Group teams were respectful, professional and efficient. Although the initial sales process was slow and frustrating, once the job was confirmed and Josip and his team took over, it all went brilliantly. Josip is calm, very well organised and very helpful to make sure all aspects of the job are managed smoothly and professionally. All teams - waste removal, carpentry, electrical and gyprocking were timely, polite and efficient and the work was done to a very high standard and a thorough clean up always followed. Mark and Cody took a lot of care working round the weird angles of our old house to make our smallish attic room the best it could be. They transformed it from a dusty hole to a very pleasant space for storage, but more importantly a room in which to work, create or just hang out. We recommend Josip and his team.

Josip and his team went above and beyond on our recent attic extension in Balmain. We have effectively doubled the size of the house by incorporating only two metres of outside space and creating a first floor extension from the existing roof space to the rear of the house. Josip was on hand constantly through the build managing his team and liaising with us so we knew what to expect each week from the build and also the budget. Everyone was friendly and polite and accommodated us living in the house even though it created extra work for them. We would highly recommend Attic Group and are so thrilled with the final result.

A true testament to Attic Groups exceptional service was Josip and Scott’s response to our balcony leak. Within hours of notifying Attic Group on a Friday night, Scott turned up to fix the leak and did not leave until 12pm. This was followed up the next day with Josip and the Water proofer, both spending hours fixing the issue. Unfortunately with any renovation, there can often be problems, however we felt completely at ease based on their response.

We would like to make a special mention to both Josip and Scott as they were both heavily involved in the project and were a large contributor to the success of our renovation.

We had a skylight and ladder/attic flooring put in to our Federation semi- in Marrickville. It was a complicated job requiring the removal of asbestos ceilings. We knew that from the go. Mark and the Attic Group were so easy to deal with - they lined up all the different contractors - asbestos removal, electrician, gyprockers, installers and arranged it such that they all came one after the other - a minimum of fuss and very professional work.
