Thanks to Emmie who stayed back 15mins when office closed - really appreciate the support and you made my day. She unlocked some restrictions on my account and created two company accounts! This was extremely urgent as bankwest closed all there business accounts and I have many transactions taking place daliy with business.

Very impressed with the customer service at this bank. Emmy and Amanda were excellent in taking care of me. I never write reviews but felt obliged as I was having a terrible day & they made it much better with their kindness & consideration!

I recently visited the Commonwealth Bank Innaloo branch regards to my business banking and was extremely impressed with the customer service provided. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a friendly smile and promptly assisted by Zoe (Branch manager) and James. The team went above and beyond to help me with my business banking needs and were always willing to take the time to answer any questions I had. The team was knowledgeable and provided clear explanations, which made my banking experience a breeze. I felt valued as a customer and appreciated the extra effort the team made to ensure my satisfaction. I highly recommend Zoe and her team at Innaloo branch for anyone looking for baking need with great customer service.

I have recently had the need for financial assistance from the Innaloo branch. Zoe is outstanding. I cannot remember such kind and exceptional customer service. She is professional, extremely competent and thorough. Teller Melissa was knowledgeable, skilled and incredibly helpful. James also provided excellent assistance and customer service. Top marks to Amanda from Essex who helped me out. Felt a bit overwhelmed relocating to Perth from the UK but she reassured me it was the right decision. Great chat with her, told me about her story & gave me some sound advice where to look for work & places to shop etc. Exactly what I needed after a difficult first few days!
Also, made the application experience at CommBank very easy, sailed through my account setup & sorted out the redelivery of my card.

I recently applied for a home loan with Mike from this branch which was extremely easy and straight forward process. The ladies at the Innaloo branch always go above and beyond for me. they always make sure my requests are followed up and actioned promptly.
They assist with all my issues, payment enquiries and transfers to other bank accounts.
They are lovely and caring at this branch and I’m very glad they are my local branch !

We have recently been establishing business accounts with the Commonwealth Bank at Innaloo branch dealing with Zoe and Amanda. After recently purchasing a property through commonwealth bank I couldn’t recommend Mike at the innaloo branch enough. It’s a daunting and somewhat foreign task but he really made it as simple as possible. It’s easy to have confidence and peace of mind working with someone so knowledgeable and efficient. His customer service is unmatched. If you’re looking for a lender, look no further.

I’ve have used several mortgage brokers in my life, but recently I got referred to Mike at commonwealth.

He is super friendly, really informative and has made my home loan process stress free. I will ONLY use him for now on.

I went there yesterday to open my bank account. Pleasant and helpful employees. The employee who helped me first was very friendly, he even spoke Portuguese when he saw that I was from Brazil. Afterwards, the employee who helped me open my account, named James, was also very kind and patient.

I was shocked to see such poor reviews of this branch. I came in on Monday with an issue about opening my account and connecting to mobile banking. I was taken care of by an Italian man (didn’t get his name) who was super friendly and so helpful, whilst serving me the branch was very busy, yet he was still able to take care of me and other customers at the same time. Problem was resolved in minutes and he asked me to make sure of it there and then so that I didn’t have any issues after leaving. Top work!
