I received a text message regarding a lost parcel . All looked very legitimate. I have called Australia post 4 times in the last 12 months and the operators have been incredibly helpful and today was no different.
After giving the operator the details he quickly said scam . If you have the Australia post app and the issue is not listed there it’s a scam . Previous calls we’re tracking down lost parcels and each operator was just exceptional. Congratulations Australia Post , a massive increase in volume of packages post pandemic and any arising delivery issues are handled so well . It’s a monumental performance and greatly appreciated.

The staff are friendly and offer me great service when i visit first time. The place was a little bit crowd but they are trusty send something fast and safe besides so much crowed. I think we are lucky to have this post office.

I don't know why this place gets negative reviews! The people there are quick, they're in an area with tonnes of deliveries, so sometimes they get busy. There's nothing wrong with having to wait in a line for five minutes. It's a nice little post office and I like that the same people work there consistently, so they know me now. I feel like everyone is doing their best and doing a good job.

Went today (Tuesday) to this post office around 2pm which is a good time to avoid long queues. All staff appeared friendly especially the lady with curly hair. She was very patient and helped me with my return. Shoutout to the staff who works already hard enough during this lockdown! People should appreciate that instead of complaining 24/7

Good local post office, friendly people. People always give a negative feedback when they have issue, but most positive feedback has been forgot to post. I understand sometime they have new people shift here short term, for me and my business they always provide good service and help.

I don’t understand why people are giving these negative reviews. The staff are quick and friendly and efficient and I would like to thank Sandy for helping me with sending my parcels overseas. The team is more than capable to provide customer service especially during Covid 19.

When googling the opening times I saw all the negative reviews, so kept an eye out when I went for a parcel pickup. In my experience everything was perfect, friendly staff, managed to retrieve my parcel no issues, hope it’s the same for others going forward

Why are people confused and complaining that this post office exists? With all the closures and centralisation of services, we are lucky to have it. It serves a huge contingent of older Australians who are non-computer literate and thus rely on a local Australia Post outlet to pay their bills etc.

Additionally, the population explosion in and around Rosebery (both residential and commercial) more than justifies this branch's continued operation. I've been using this post office for 18 years through work and have a great relationship with the staff. Some of them have been there all or most of that time and know exactly what they're talking about.

No issues, and friendly staff. It's a small shop so expect a bit of a wait at peak times.

Staff are wonderful. I have always been happy with the level of service.
