High quality, professional and caring staff that go above and beyond for their customers and perform quality panel and paint repairs. Con communicated really well with me throughout the entire process from booking my repairs to completing the work and I am very happy with the results. Big thanks to Con and the team at Collision for the speedy turn around of my Prado recently, they kept me up-to-date on progress as we went along to organise a pick up day/time, as well as remedying some issues without major work (saving more time, etc).

Con's (the owner of the business) service was excellent and I would recommend anyone who requires work on their car body to service their vehicle at Collision Panel and Paint. Even from the start, during the enquiry phase, Con was very patient and would answer any enquiry without being pushy. I was very impressed by the workmanship after he replaced the dented panels of my car. Con promised the work to be complete within 5-7 working days, and he finished it as promised in 5 days, and even sent one of his lads to deliver it to my workplace. Talk about customer service!

I had my van repaired by a dodgy repairer in Buddina (Qld) who said they would fix under warranty. Their fix was even dodgier making a small job massive. Collision came to my rescue and have done an amazing and professional repair job and they stand by what they do (with lots of photos to back it). The staff have been friendly and take a lot of pride in their work and reputation. Would not hesitate to recommend them and that's not something you get to say often these days. I see a few bad reviews and you can't please everyone all the time, and some people have unrealistic expectations. My experience has been a good one. Sometimes a bad review may be more of a reflection of the customer than the business.....
