John and his team went above and beyond with assisting us with structural engineering reports and plans for a renovation we ambitiously tried to tackle. Ironbridge was responsive, professional and safety conscious in all that they did. The builders followed the plans and we could not be happier with the result. Further the builder commented on the thoroughness of Ironbridges reports and admitted that if it was left up to him there may have been safety concerns. That just further solidified the quality of the reports and keen eye of the engineers at Ironbridge.

Ironbridge Engineering provided excellent service throughout the subfloor works, from the engineering drawings to sourcing the appropriate construction firm. They inspected the works on a regular basis and communicated with the construction company as required. We are very pleased with the quality of their service and the work which they managed on our behalf.

I first worked with John Butterworth in 2014 having him completed a safety audit of Urban Descent's abseil rope systems from a 135 metre building in Sydney for a charity event, 'Abseil for Youth' (A4Y). A4Y runs each year over two days abseiling between 200 and 250 novice fundraisers.
John's understanding of roping knowledge with complex roping systems are well advanced in comparison to many in the industrial, working at height sector, his overview and reports have been invaluable.

I requested Ironbridge's assistance to review our proposed rope engineering for a CBD Zip Lin, an Australia first charity event between two Sydney buildings, Alfred and Bridge Streets. AMP required engineering sign off for this high profile Zip Line, 160 novice fundraisers completed the building to building crossing safely.

The nature of our requests of Ironbridge's are quite unique; when seeking event approvals, generally one is running outside the paradigm for norm rope access designs. Achieving sign off and safety approvals is generally time consuming with numerous uphill challenges to be completed. Engaging Ironbridge to undertake engineering modelling, along with safe audits and final sign off, our approval processes have achieve streamline efficiencies.
