This has always been a great venue for dim sum nearby. Their staples are excellent and very well worth trying - they have the usual assortment of dishes that you must try. The restaurant is spacious and can accomodate many although you will need to book before you come. I’m hearing rumours that this venue will be closing down in a couple of months and if that’s true you definitely should get down here and try it before it closes!!

Very yummy fresh dimsum dishes. We always go there for lunch and we are never disappointed! Staff is very friendly and service is very quick. Food is very tasty and place is very clean as well. They also have high chairs for the little ones. We highly recommend this place. Will definitely be back!

Had lunch with a group of friends today (9 Nov 2023) n all of us enjoyed the delicious n fresh tim sum served. The place is pleasant n spacious. The lady boss n staff r attentive n helpful. Will come back again.

I’ve seen mixed reviews with regards to the customer service, especially for those with children. I went today with 6 adults, 2 teens and a toddler - all on their best behavior! 😋 We had no trouble with the service, staff and hostess were attentive and friendly. Many high chairs available. Food was delicious - loved the prawn and banana fried spring roll type thing (didn’t get the name) - and very reasonable prices. We’ll be back.

Been here multiple times for dimsum. Great atmosphere and views, good spin on some different dishes, easy to get to and easy parking if you are early.. Relaxed friendly and attentive staff who are happy to accommodate most requests. Have come and spent 3 hours here once while snacking and catching up with family and friends. Recently had a table of 10, came to $26/head with everyone stuffed silly and 3 containers of take home goodies for later. We barely ate dinner that night we were so full. One of Perth's gems.

BUT! You absolutely must book ahead. We booked 1.5 hrs ahead and was no problem. It's not because there's no spare tables, but because of making sure there is enough staff to provide a good service.

The food is consistently good. Love the owner too. Absolutely hilarious 😂. This our once a month outing.

No need to mention the food, the best in Perth.
I read some reviews that the employer has a bad attitude, but I think some guests are not very polite either. It has already been written that an appointment must be made in advance, and the customer did not respect the store's regulations, so who is more rude?

The lady always be very nice to me, I definitely will go back again and again!

Quality dim sum made by the professional chef. Got some unique items on the menu. Love the banana prawn roll and egg tarts (this is the must try one). The manager is actually quite funny if you get her sense of humour. Also please be polite to the servants. We should be grateful that we can still enjoy the food here. I really enjoy the quick conversation with the lady in the restaurant.

Our first time at this restaurant. Owner is very passionate about the food served and we could tell it is made from scratch and no MSG. The owners unique personality in the way she conversed with us made the experience even more memorable.
