Great experience from Donavan! Walked in looking for emergency tent poles as ours from Anaconda had snapped. They didn’t have a replacement, however Donavan went above and beyond, giving us his sturdy tape from his own car to make a temporary fix for the next few nights.

We are very grateful for the service and would highly recommend.

Great store, great staff. We went to look at a specific camping chair which was on sale, however when we looked at it it wasn't suitable for our needs, the staff were very helpful and showed us other chairs, we left the store happy with a different chair at a very good price. Looked after our needs even though we aren't local. Thankyou guys.

Mt Gambiers unofficial tourist information centre! Very friendly staff, helped us with what we needed and gave a bit of advice about what to do in town on a very cold, wet and windy day.
