Shutters On The Beach

Kiki and Agne are lovely hosts, we (a getaway holiday for 3 girlfriends!) had the best time, the house is simply beautiful, has everything you could ever need - you may not want to leave! You have the lovely swimming pool outside, a viewing deck of the beach on the sand dune/rise and an incredible view from the lounge/dining/kitchen area where you can pass away hours of the day chatting and enjoying a good vino! Thanks to Kiki too - a lovely cold bottle of sparkling wine waiting in the fridge on arrival!

If your looking for a relaxed private beach getaway in a town that hasn't been spoiled by over tourism and commercialism, you can't pass up Shutters. It has that extra bit of luxury with massive living areas, private parents retreat and direct access to the beach. Kiki the host is lovely and will go the extra mile to make her guests feel welcome. Thanks for our stay Kiki, can't wait to come back.

Kiki & Ange are wonderful and do wonderful at providing you with all the home luxury comforts you need and any information you may need also. It’s always lovely having a chat with them.

There is nothing like going to sleep and waking up to the beautiful sea breeze and sound of the waves only a short stroll up the property. Treat yourself to a beach swim or a private paddle in the pool and chill out up on the private deck watching the ocean and people wonder by on the beach below.

One of my favourite places and my girlfriends and I look forward to this luxury stay each year.

LOVE, LOVED, LOVED this part of the world and will most definitely be back. Kiki and Ange were so accommodating and helpful with our queries and requests. You will be hard pushed to find a more relaxing place with such a great sense of space and a fabulous location. Walking distance to most amenities in the Agnes area.

On arrival we were greeted by extremely very friendly owners Kiki & Ange. The accommodation was immaculate and huge. The property is right on the beach and overlooking a stunning pool. We couldn't have asked for more. Relaxing nights sitting on the large balcony enjoying a cold drink with not a care in the world! Highly highly recommended!

Why we keep coming back year after year.. Outstanding accomodation right on the beachfront. If you don't like to swim in the ocean there is an amazing pool. Your hosts Kiki and Ange are so warm and friendly. The area has pristine beaches. There is only one downside. You would have wished to stay longer! See you next year guys and thanks again for always making our holiday so relaxing everytime

This place is a real gem!! Quiet but close to AgnesWater. Immediate beach front. There is a lovely deck overlooking the beach to have drinks or dinner. A pool and large grass area for kids to play.
It is only just a walk to the flags , takeaways coffee shop etc at Agnes.
It’s on three levels so there is some stairs but it is very thoughtfully set out. The kitchen is VERY well equipped ( w/ a real coffee machine) a large dining and lounge area and a deck on each level. Overall, it is probably the best there is at Agnes!!!

I found the owner very aggressive and saw him verbally abuse a child on the beach

Very unfriendly lady....will never consider staying here.
