Spotlight Cockburn

I recently embarked on a mission to find Velcro tape for a small project I had in mind and chose Spotlight as my destination. Upon entering the store, I, who typically pride myself on navigating stores with ease, was immediately taken aback by the sheer volume and variety of stock available. It became clear that I would need assistance, and after asking for help, I was directed to the haberdashery section. "Haberdashery," a term I'm not entirely familiar with beyond associating it with various Bits and Bobs, turned out to have exactly what I needed.

Spotlight impressed me as a treasure trove for anyone engaged in home ware projects or in need of home goods. The store seems to carry everything imaginable for such endeavours. I would highly recommend Spotlight for its vast selection and helpful service, making it a go-to for all kinds of home projects.

Kirrily was super helpful in the furnishings department. If you are here and need help definitely ask for her. She always has a smile when I’ve seen her and is always very happy to give advice and assistance.

The staff was kind, and the balloon handling was cool. What's a little disappointing is that I went to the internet in advance, but there were many things that were out of stock, so I had to replace them with other balloons. However, my daughter's birthday ended successfully.

Plenty of cute and useful things over there..... But the rate showed near the product is not the actual price most of the time...
We need to recheck it on the front counter...

I love this shop and it's because of the bargains and the range of products but the staff are the absolute bonus always helpful always polite and always have some info that makes a difference.

Always a lovely experience in this store, wonderful happy staff, always do their best to help you find what you need. Great prices, especially when you're a member. I love receiving the random vouchers too, every little saving helps these days.

Have purchased 1306 singer machine , totall rubbish machine , break needles , needle holding part is very weak , don't waste money on 1306 , I was trying to exchange machine to get another heavy duty one , but lady over counter was just defending that how good this machine bla bla and all , then I requested to talk with the manager instead , manager came I showed him the issue ,he acknowledged it and told staff member to exchange it for me ,as of its broken and damaged part , he look Asian to me , super friendly and professional ,

I don't understand ,if there are genuine issues
and concernswhyy team members instead argue and defend , it's not comming out of their pocket, they should instead acknowledge the issue , they just start defending everything ,like they are master of everything

Great place for fabrics, curtains, art materials, bedding cloths, fancy decorations etc.

Manager is good , helped me recognised and solved my issue and exchange my product, where other staff member are just completing their hours , you can't expect service or anything.

Nice and quiet at this time of the day. The sales person was great, very helpful. After checking her system, she helped me find what I was looking for quicker than what it would have taken me to go around in circles trying to locate the curtains I needed. Good service and friendly cashier as well. Cheers!

Come in for some balloons for my partners birthday and the manager helped me select out some amazing balloons and put a lot of effort in making it look special.
