I bought alot of winter clothes in rockmans. Love their fashion styles and indeed discounts 🤩🤩
Staffs are very helpful, help to change my purchase that has wrong size in few mins, make sure keep the receipt with you. I recommend rockmans.

This fashion store opens at 10am during the week peeps. By that time body's ready for a shot of latte, as luck would have it-there is an open coffee shop opposite for all those early birds ;)

It’s not difficult to not offend customers while they shop. Mum and myself went to Rockmans and bought 5 items and left. It was a normal experience. Mum wanted to come back to rockmans after browsing other stores to buy a jumper she saw beforehand. As we walked in, the lady accused us of leaving all the clothes on the floor where the clothes were hung as well as the fitting rooms when we left and how it’s not nice or fair for the next customers. We didn’t use the fitting rooms nor are me and my mother ignorant or inconsiderate to leave clothes lying around on the floor.
I’m not going back there. Cheers

I visited the store and asked the sales assistant Zoe if I could please try on two items. Zoe then proceeded to rudely SHOUT at me in an aggressive manner & in front of customers not to leave clothes on the floor. I hadn’t yet even gone into the change room. Also never in my life have I left clothes on the floor. Needless to say I did not buy anything nor will I return.

Went on Thursday 24/6, to a store manager that proceeded to abuse customers wanting to use the change room. When asked why she further yelled at customers saying that she was stereotyping an older woman saying that she would leave the rooms littered with clothes despite never ending the change room. She bullies staff in training in front of customers and steals their sales for simple mistakes but has the audacity to put a sign saying "In training. Please be patient".

Rude customer service, called my Vietnamese grandma childish. Luckily I was on a phone call with her to hear it and made sure she knew I knew the place I will re-visit to be sure she never treats anyone else the same. The lady was working 10:30AM on 3/11/2021

Rude & loud shop assistant drove myself and another customer away. I won’t go back after that treatment 👎
