I can't praise Rolph and his team from WRSI highly enough! Rolph was so helpful, providing advice and suggesting options for a difficult installation in a curved arch. Bert, the installer, was amazing and nothing was too much trouble for him. He took the time to make sure everything was done to a very high standard and even filled in holes where we had removed lights that we had expected to have to do ourselves after the rangehood was installed. And the cost was reasonable as well.
We would definitely recommend this team and would use them again without question.

When it comes to the supply of range-hoods and the installation I can guarantee you will be 100% happy with every aspect of the job. From a good variety of styles right through to the installation. We’ve had a very positive experience with Western Rangehood. From the start, Rolph was friendly and patient in answering my questions about replacing our canopy rangehood. Bert did a great job removing our old and installing a new canopy rangehood plus vent. He’s friendly, on time, professional, and left our kitchen very clean (he had brought his own drop cloth and bucket to contain the mess). We hardly needed to do any clean up after. I was looking to change the kitchen rangehood and thought it would be ok to get an electrician to do it. But after a research, I found Western Rangehoods and sent an email for a quote. Rolph phoned and came to provide an affordable quote, discuss the product and how he would implement the new one. I was delighted that Rolph came back to install the new Rangehood himself. Had a difficult and awkward place for a rangehood. Had someone look at it and give us a quote on labour plus several different recommendations on rangehoods. Got back to us a couple days later with another recommendation for a rangehood that much better suited the space.
Installation was relatively quick, the job they did matched exactly what they told us, and even took the old and bulky rangehood away at an affordable cost. Very chuffed with the service and the result.

I had a Falmec rangehood that just died on me. Rolph was super helpful referring me to another company that does repairs.
Unfortunately , spares were unavailable on my Falmec model. Rolph then gave me a great deal on a Schweigen display unit that he had.
Bert the installer did a fantastic job on the install, even painted the bit that sticks out of my roof to match the colour of my roof tiles.
I would highly recommend Western Rangehood. They provide both the supply and installation of the rangehood and they do an excellent job.

I highly recommended these guys and the company. It was a very pleasant experience to deal with them from the beginning when I contacted then by phone. They are helpful, patient and really know their stuffs! Professional! I have a very difficult job because the lack of space between the roof & ceiling, and the window on the wall. Also, there is no ventilation. They came with a solution. The price is very reasonable for such complicated job. I am very happy and satisfied with the work and the rangehood installed.

I have a Falmec rangehood which stopped working about 7 months ago due to a botched installation. Falmec arranged a serviceman but after many phone calls over 6 months, he didn't get back to me. Falmec then gave the job to Western Rangehoods. Rolf came out and got it working but also needed to replace the ducting which was the wrong size (actually 2 sizes). Cannot thank him enough for being so prompt. He even told me how to clean the built up oil on my cupboards - diluted methylated spirits - worked a treat!

Very professional, helpful and efficient service. Wrong duct had been supplied. Western Rangehoods found a solution, fitting the under mount as an interim measure, whilst awaiting replacement duct. So we had a working rangehood straightaway, and a technician returned and installed correct external duct when it arrived a few days later. Very happy.

To fix my range hood lights, a specialist indicated that I needed a light switch assembly spare part, which would take time to order, supply, and install. Instead, I opted to contact Western Rangehoods to schedule a new range hood installation.
As I shared my electrical problem with Rolph from Western Rangehoods, he was incredibly helpful, honest, and patient. He thought I might have a slight problem and went out of his way to offer to look into it. When he arrived, I was taken aback by how quickly he fixed the light, as if by magic.
I would highly recommend Rolph as he is such an extremely professional and is exceptional amazing in his expertise and service.
