Great recommendations from Holly who wasn't pushy and really listened to our issues. Tyson and his team installed our units yesterday and were extremely professional and completed the job in a timely fashion. Left the house cleaner than they found it!

Holly was fantastic, nothing was too much trouble and went beyond trying to help were other companies wanted me to do all the work for them or couldn't be bothered. I gained 3 quotes and JHC was the cheapest and most helpful. I would highly recommend. 10/10

Bought new Wood heater from Jarrahdale heating recently and Holly was awesome. Very easy to deal with, She organized to have the heart cut to size as it was a bit to big without any fuss and Installation was a breeze. Jarrad did an awesome job installing it.

Excellent service and perfect installation.They even replaced a few broken roof tiles near the chimney that had been damaged years earlier so no longer have any leaks! Highly recommend them.

I have an older Jarrahdale Millennium Evap A/C installed - the service and support from Jarrahdale is exceptional. Even though my unit is well outside warranty and expected service life, they are still happy to provide service and support whenever possible. A big shout-out to their service specialists for the support over the years.

Looking to replace our 24 year old evaporative system with a new system, I contacted Jarrahdale Heating and Cooling and another supplier (NoR). Dealing with Brandon at JHC was straightforward and he responded promptly to all my questions with no hard sell. The quote was to my liking and we were happy to go ahead.
The installation was efficient and cleanly done and we are very happy with the result.
From my experience I am happy to recommend JHC.
Interestingly, I am still waiting for a quote from the other supplier having given them the details they wanted over 3 weeks ago.

Really impressed with Jarrahdale heating and Cooling - I was worried when I booked with them as they were the cheapest of the quotes I received but they came recommended so I thought I'd give them the benefit of the doubt.

This company deserves all the praise they get. From the moment I had a quote, I knew I wanted to go with these guys. They were knowledgeable, on time, good communication and cleaned up after themselves with a big ducted system replacement and all at a reasonable price. Will definitely use them again in the future and will recommend to anyone!

Purchased a Gas room heater in 2013 and has been a great reliable unit. Finally needed a service in May 2020. Good to have a reliable company still in business some 7 years later with parts easily available.

Our control panel was blank and nothing working so we took a local facebook groups recommendation on of a local guy. What a mistake! He was arrogant, cocky and in fact quite rude. He told us our controller was a heap of Chinese junk and that our best route was a new system. We decided we wanted a second opinion so went back the the people that used to handle the Jarrahdale unit with have. I am so glad we did. They replaced the controller and pads and its now going better than ever for a third of the price we might have paid. Both Steve and Derek are excellent. They were happy to take the time to discuss options whys and wherefores. They didn't tramp across our roof from the front like the other guy did and I'm sure they could have charged for more time than they did. Very happy.

I had my evaporative air conditioner replaced by Jarrahdale Heating & Cooling just over 4 years ago. I selected them because the product they proposed appeared superior compared to alternatives, and I needed it to last. The quoting process was straightforward and efficient, with no pushy sales tactics.

Fast-forward 4 years, the air conditioning has been doing its job. I had some minor issues that are common with evaporative air conditioners, and each time they were easy to reach, attended to it very promptly and resolved it completely.

It is difficult to find companies who provide responsive service and care about their customers, especially after the sale, but with Jarrahdale Heating and Cooling you can feel comfortable that you are looked after well.

The sales person (Brandon) was very helpful & knowledgeable; the installer (Peter) was outstanding - professional, courteous, with an impeccable work performance. We are very please with the results.
