We needed our car in 3days time
No problem,,,,what a team,nothing was a problem
Fixed and We are back on the road

I was very impressed by this business. Very friendly and helpful, starting with Donna Lee on initial call and then dealing with Cary to check out van. As I was travelling and had an issue with van (which I will add that racq service or lack of ) was very disappointing.
In future if in the area would contact these guys for any work and have already recommended them to others.

We were at the start of a 5 week road trip with wind-up camper trailer in tow. The winding mechanism failed and it looked like we had to return to Brisbane and wait for months until someone could repair it. Then the team at Agnes Water Auto Repairs stepped in and worked tirelessly over the next 24 hours and we were back on the road. I write this as we return home having enjoyed a wonderful trip thanks to the AWAR team. Thanks for taking on the challenge and saving our holiday!

Had a small issue I wanted looked at while camping nearby and these guys fit me in that day. They had a look, diagnosed the problem and gave me some advice all without charging. Great customer service right from the initial phone call and just generally friendly people. Would recommend!

A massive shout out to Cary and the crew from agnes auto repairs. After a trip up there for my partners birthday from Brisbane ended with a snapped injector line, he not only assisted with getting my vehicle back to his shop, but was very professional but yet so personable to deal with. He's not after every dollar you have, but instead very fair and honest in approach to issues. Thanks so much to Cary for his professionalism and just being a bloody top bloke in general. I can't recommend him enough and wouldn't hesitate to use his services again

I came across this shop stressed and needing help after hitting a kangaroo. Incredibly kind, friendly and professional. Thoroughly checked my vehicle to ensure I was safe to drive and then gave me fantastic sightseeing recommendations. Barely charged me anything for all this. I wish my local was this guy. Have a Vespa scooter that hadn’t been used for a while. Battery charged, spark good, new fuel, no start. Trawled Agnes top to bottom looking for help, getting responses like ‘too finicky’, ‘not worth the time’, ‘don’t do small engines’ and flat ‘no’s. Then I saw that Agnes Water Motor Repairs had set up shop, dropped in, and got a ‘sure, no problem’. And it wasn’t. Top marks from us.
