I highly recommend Western All Pest. Sante has sprayed our rural property house and shed 3 times now and the results are amazing. Sante and the office staff are so professional and nothing is too much trouble. The results since the first spray have been dramatic. Already booked again for 6 months time.

We had Jessie attend our 2 premises today, he was onsite ahead of schedule, by arrangement and presented as a friendly, competent, polite professional.
Completed the inspection and offered very sound advice.
Will be using Western Allpest again.

I have just sent this information directly to the company too.

"We have paid your invoice today but we never felt like paying it. When you came to our place you were here no more than an hour. You sprayed a small area for white ants and said you needed to come back in about 10 days. Disappointingly you never came back. A few days after that my husband rang your office and spoke to a receptionist regarding the matter. She had no idea what was happening but said she would enquire and call us back. Disappointingly she never called back. The only time we have heard back from your company was when you sent us a bill for $220.

What do we make of this? We can only assume you are an inefficient company. As it turns out, ours is quite a big termite job. We have given the work to another company.

We have paid you in a timely manner. We have filed your invoice with a note on it to remind us to never call your company again."

Failed to indentify active termites upon two inspections. Termites were active for at least 5 years and failed to be found by this company.

Extensive damage incurred due to this.

On one occasion, I found heavily active termites in a main structure pole missed by them the day before, resulting in another day taken off work to have this rectified.

No notification for my annual inspection to maintain my barrier warranty.

Business manager was incompetent, unprofessional, unhelpful and rude. I certainly will not use them again.
