First-class residential community with excellent furnishings, spacious apartments, terrific amenities and only a short walking distance from, among others: Lake Burley, large nature reserves, Civic, Russell Offices and supermarkets / farmers markets.

This building is located at Parkes, Canberra near Anzac Parade.
Nearest supermarket and facilities are in the city, about 15 minutes walk.
Building opened in October 2022.

Wonderful position just over the road from many restaurants in Kingston. One block from a fantastic supermarket. A few blocks from the Kingston waterfront, and walking distance to Parliament house.Views from 180 were over Kingston shops. It was clean and facilities were mostly as expected.

The people who live here have nothing else to do but complain about everything and everyone. Think very carefully before moving in because you will be living next to one of these sad bored people
