Baywatch Manor

One of the best places I've stayed at in Australia! Exceptionally clean, quiet and really cozy. The room looked newly renovated, clean sheets and pretty interior. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need and the complimentary coffee & tea is great. Convenient location, close to IGA and the beach. Really loved it, would stay there again!

Of places we have stayed. The room was bigger than we expected and was very clean. Its a short walk to the towns centre with the shops, cafe, pharmacy etc. Perfect for our little family stay, and even better was waking up to the beautiful views of the river. Highly highly recommend!!

Perfect hostel!! If you ever want to stay in augusta, choose this place! Pool tabel in the common area, cinema room, full equipped kitchen and the place is so clean! Beside the owners shawn and jazz are so friendly and are ready to help you out with everything! If i ever come back, it will be this place for me.

Really great place to stay; good value and a clean, comfy room with excellent beds. The owners are incredibly welcoming and even cooked up an amazing curry and BBQ for the guests. Good central location for the town centre and getting out and about. I would stay again.

Baywatch Manor is the place to stay in Augusta. Extremely comfortable and spotlessly clean everywhere. We stayed in an en-suite room with a comfy warm bed, which was very enjoyable being the middle of winter. The communal kitchen and dining room is spacious and well equipped. Gary and his welcoming family added to our very enjoyable stay. Thank you

It's such a wonderful place to stay. So clean and tidy, Kitchen is huge lots of tables to sit at if your travelling with a group. Owners very hospitable and cleaners are friendly. It's much more than I expected. Shops next street down. Get your BP rewards cards ready as it's just around the corner. Might pay to do shopping and bring food to cook. Fridge is massive, plenty cooking utensils. I will definitely refer anyone here.
Taverns 14 minutes drive, otherwise beaches are lovely too.

I highly recommend this place. This must be the most tidy, clean and organized hostel I have ever been to.
Everything from kitchen, bathroom and room is very clean, something that is rare in hostels.

The owner is a very friendly guy, I had put in a request to put my motorbike somewhere safe and he put it in his own garage. Talking about customer service!

Friendly, clean, modern & new
We had a double bedroom mid of Nov 2019.
Friendly reception and intro to the location. The shared kitchen is well equipped, modern and spacious. There is a cozy TV room and the shared bathroom was very clean. Same goes for the room. Clean and decorated in a mediterranean modern style. There is a little barbecue area outside and garden to chill in. Free Wifi available.

Unfortunately we only stayed one night! I would've enjoyed to be here a couple days more .

Given the price we expected less.
Not only perfectly clean rooms and facilities but a big share kitchen with an abundance of cookware, plates and cutlery. Everything that you could ever need.
All that with a very helpful, obliging host.

We really liked this place, it is clean and the room was a great size. The communal areas are lovely and there is outside seating as well as seating on the balcony with fantastic view.
We got a great nights sleep here.

Darren, the owner is a friendly and helpful guy. Great room with an amazing view, balcony, room is clean, well equipped, a very comfortable bed. Great big kitchen and eating area, complete facilities for cooking provided. We’ll definitely stay here again. Would recommend to friends.

Had an amazing experience, the accommodation is excellent in every aspect. Would rate it better than other places which are more expensive. The staff are really nice too, we all so were given a free room upgrade, which I really appreciated. Highly recommended!

Very tidy hotel, comfy rooms. The manager does an excellent job looking after it, spotless kitchen with everything you need to make a meals, entertaining area and dining area. It's nothing flash, but certainly well run and will provide a comfortable stay.

Spotlessly clean place. Very nice and helpful staff. Laundry. Perfect for families and groups because there is garden space with tables, a big balcony and a well equipped kitchen and dining room.

Breathtaking views, great amenities, friendly accomodating staff, very clean, great value, feels like home, would highly recommend and definitely stay again.

Highly recommended!!! Kindly helpful owner. Place and rooms are nice and clean. No air con was a bit shocked me as it was about 30C but air blow and fresh made me feel like relax more than turn on air-conditioning. Surely will go back again one day

Great Place! Simple amenities - it is a basic hostel - but the manager, Darren, went out of his way to help my friend and I. We were doing the Cape to Cape Track. Darren let us leave our car there for the 9 days we were walking the track and then picked us up from Cape Leeuwin Lighthouse and brought us back to the hostel when we finished our walk. He also upgraded our rooms for free because he had low occupancy. Darren, thank you for making our trip possible!

We where greeted by very happy owners, showed us the upstairs room, with views of the river/esotery/ocean. The room was very clean, hot showers, mocannia coffee, good tea, the kitchen was the best. An open kitchen for all to use at any time, the owners where very help full with information of the area. We are going back there, thankyou for our great holiday stay,

Perfect place to stay in Augusta~! reasonable price, clean room, awesome kitchen, good WIFI, kind staff and easy to travel in Margaret river. Every thing was perfect while I stayed. Thank you to Darren. I am so happy to meet you~!!!
