Augusta Meats

Bought a butterflied leg of lamb here in late October 2022 marinated in the butchers own marinade. Had it for roast dinner for a family meal just before Christmas. One of the best roast lambs I have cooked and eaten.
Unfortunately the butcher shop is a little far to revisit to stock up with more of their fresh products,

just eating one of your scotch fillets. one of the best steaks i have ever eaten. and the crumbed lamb cutlets were just as good the other night thanks so much.

What a friendly, kind butcher! Great Meat, good prices and the butcher kindly gave us an additional extra portion of 1/2 kg for free, because he was closing soon. Excellent country service, highly recommend.

I have to agree the best sausages I have had in a long time, actually probably the best ever. If only you could get the special sausages in Perth some how, if you are down there in Augusta you just to have to try them out, they have a little chilli hit which is perfectly balanced and make you want to eat more and more till you can't fit a thing in.

Some of the best italian sausages we have ever eaten great taste good size and price also had the special sausages and breakfest sausages very nice!! Good service by the guy at counter great at dealing with customers. Perfect selection for people camping down in augusta

We have been caravanning around Aus the past 12 months. Without a doubt - best sausages i have eaten in a long time. Great shop well displayed meat of obvious quality & this is from a beef producer/ station butcher Look fwd to eating his steaks that i also bought - they have the right amt of marbelling. Thanks

The best butcher in the South West. Baz is super fussy about quality produce and offers outstanding customer service. There should be a six star option!

While visiting Augusta for the last 20 years on holidays we have supported the local businesses. But we won't be supporting this shop.
The prices are just over the top.
And this also doesn't help other places in town, as we brought other things as well
