Located in Augusta, this beach is a wonderful family-friendly and sheltered beach. There is a floating platform that children may jump off of, which makes the beach a pleasant place to go because it is protected from the surf.
Among the amenities available are a playground, a grassy area with shade, restrooms, and outdoor showers for washing

Such a nice beach to swim at and there’s some good snorkelling spots around the pools. So many unique shells to find yourself too! It wasn’t too busy the day we went here, but the itself beach is pretty big anyway.

Loved this swimming spot. Water was cold but didn’t make it any less enjoyable. There’s even a floating platform a short swim out from the jetty! Easy parking and nice grass to setup a picnic along the shore.

This is a beautiful place to visit for the whole family. You can go for a swim and you feel protected because of the rocks and the water is very clear. Plenty of parking available outside. We just parked our car under a tree. Very windy though and the water was cold. You should definitely visit.

Great swimming beach which is very well protected by outer reef and safe for kids. Lovely parkland and kids playground on the foreshore. The day we went, it was very busy with family groups enjoying the fine weather and the beach.

Looks more like a neighborhood beach that is very beautiful. Dropped by here as the lighthouse was closed for a cycling event. Clear water and great place to chill!

Visited in late January. The water was fresh! It was an odd mix of warm water and patches of ice cold! Such a beautiful spot and well worth a visit!

A very nice family friendly sheltered beach in Augusta. The beach is nice and sheltered from the waves with a floating platform kids can jump off from.
There's a playground area, shaded grassed area, toilets and outdoor showers to rinse.
By far our favourite beach in town.

Absolutely random drive thru to this place. Nice neighbourhood nice houses, awesome views, it's just like a postcard. People swimming too. But don't swim out there where the waves and currents are strong!

Even if u just drive through, park your car there its fine to just watch the ocean in your car. Or there's a bench on the right to chill out and look out for whales if you have the time. Take care of it though, it's a memorial for a mum called Diana.

An absolutely beautiful, natural pool protected from the waves by rocks offshore. The pool is shallow and calm making it safe for children and easy for anyone to enjoy. There's a small sandy beach or some large rocks where you can sit, relax and admire the view.

A beautiful safe beach for young families. No hike to the sand as the carpark is right there. Easy snorkelling and sheltered natural 'pool' for the littlies, all while adults can safely stand with head above water.
Easy rocks to foasick on.
