SportsPower Bunbury & Eaton Fair

We wish to thank all the staff and owner of Sports Power for not only just allowing us to put a donation box in their store, but also promoting it so well and with so much care. Walked into the store tonight and was pleasantly surprised. The young gentleman named Matthew was absolutley fantastic and when explaining what we needed he took the time to show us the best options possible.
There was also a lovely young girl working in a moon boot who still had the biggest smile and was willing to assist if Matthew hadn't have already helped us.

Considering it is Christmas season and it's busy I am amazed at the staff so friendly so happy. Myself and hubby done a bit of Chrissy shopping and as soon as we entered the store we were greeted. All your staff offered to help us with a smile on there faces. I'm impressed. A store with such friendly staff is a place I would prefer to spend my money. Please thank all your staff and a big thumbs up to management what exceptional customer service. Janaya B served us as well and was fantastic.

Went into the Bunbury store, all of the team were very busy with customers. I was greeted straight away, a really great young man, named Luke assisted myself, whilst also helping others, he asked me a couple of questions and knew exactly what I was looking for. Fantastic knowledge, very friendly, awesome shopping experience 👏👏👏

This review is dedicated to the amazing staff member who served me today. He was very nice and welcoming, and was quick to show me the wide range of ankle brace supports that Sportspower has to offer. His attitude towards his work was exceptional, and his friendly personality reassured me I was in good hands.

I would definitely recommend going to Bunbury Sportspower if in need of anything sport-related, and I’m sure the other accompanying staff also present top-notch quality service.

Best customer service we've had in months.....maybe years. Bought a few pairs of sneakers here yesterday and the guy serving us was knowledgeable, helpful, patient and we couldn't believe how he actually seemed like he was having a great day and enjoyed his job (unlike so many other stores in Perth). This shop is so well set out, it makes you want to shop, OCD clean everything is perfectly in its place. There is so much choice and there are some awesome things you wouldn't find in Perth. From girls Lotto school shoes(so cheap) to beach and pool toys, ridiculously reduced sneakers, unreal scooters and so much more the variety is brilliant, we will definitely be back when next in Bunbury.

Eaton are amazing really informative, not just there for a sale listens better than even personal GP'S, lovely experience quality shoes stunning personnel.
Thank you all this over xmas break where patience is low everwhere.

The employees here, go above and beyond - and their service is very good.

Great range and selection and the staff are all very helpful, welcoming and friendly. I found they went out of their way to help me track down the right things for me and made what is usually a stressful experience for me (shoe shopping) a whole lot less so

Being the owner of another local store Clark rubber I understand the frustrations of customers turning up close to closing time I've have visited sports power twice close to closing time and they have been more than happy to let me finish my purchase without haste and serving with a smile
