Great hospital and staff, the Irish nurses were nice and professional. The most enjoyable experience was talking with the other patients; through shared experiences, we created bonds and supported each other. I was treated respectfully and with dignity. I am a new person because of the care, compassion, and genuine support I received.

This place is amazing. After being in the mental health system and facility’s over the past 3 years I’ve never felt more like my normal self. I’m clean from substance’s for the first time in a long time, treated for mental health illnesses properly and it’s all thanks to Dr Sasha and the nursing team. I came from Brisbane to get help from this hospital after being put in the to hard basket from every hospital in QLD. I’m very great full for this place and the staff and continue to stay in Sydney for the amazing outpatient programs.

I have had an amazing experience with The Sydney Clinic so far! In 72 hours I received 2 call backs from reception and a spot in their inpatient program. This was however because they had beds available and my situation could be different to others. But their response time was exquisite. Really friendly reception and I'm excited to go to their inpatient program. I'll leave a review then too.

Reviewing as an outpatient who has been single handedly saved by psychiatrist Mike Atherton. Very blessed to have been understood and guided through treatment at the Sydney Clinic by him. HOWEVER, there is an older receptionist at the desk of the consulting rooms who is undoubtedly the most rude, abrupt and unhelpful grouch to walk planet earth. For the consulting rooms, a place there to HELP the struggling- this human is responsible for a lot of our appointment stress and anxiety when we call the front desk. Hope she one day finds peace

Do not let bad reviews fool you, recovery is a process, I have been a few times at moments I needed help, the journey is never completed after one visit, but it will open your eyes and change your decisions, a slip up doesn’t have to be a relapse, the staff are friendly and there to help, 90% sober in the last 3 years of me starting treatment, with visits at times of hardship,

People will write bad reviews when they get caught doing something against guidelines and will try and fight with the staff, they are not trying to take your money, but they are also a business, Use your adult mind when reading about this place, because it does save lives, and a lot of the reviews are from people that try and do drugs or drinking inside the clinic, the result being kicked out, they get online and bag the place that opened they’re doors to you,

It’s not perfect and no where is, I’ve been to Northside and I prefer the sydney clinic

I like the Sydney clinic I've got mental health and the team of professionals psychologist's and all the nursing are great I'm going to check in again in the new year level one

I have experienced nothing but support, consideration and professionalism from all the staff and doctors at The Sydney Clinic. Their commitment and dedication to the care of their patients is apparent from the time of arrival to discharge and ongoing support. The Sydney Clinic has helped me every step of the way to getting my life back on track and I I would recommend this facility to anyone experiencing any type of difficulty in their lives.

My name is withheld due to confidentiality but I left at the end of November. Cannot recommend more highly. Staff go above and beyond. I want to go back again for some more group therapy and time out. Dr Youssef slightly overworked but so lovely and has time to listen and but all the Nurses are so caring the cleaners the therapists the reception. I have never been an in-patient. 5 stars are for my psychiatrist, Doctor Usman Malik, who I see in his rooms at Bronte!

Thank you from the bottom of my heart to all the staff and interns at Sydney Clinic. Without this safe haven I do not know if I would be here today. Your constant support, compassion and encouragement has truly meant the world to me and has helped me heal from what has been the darkest of times. Best clinic - I truly changed going to the outpatient sessions. I went for two years and Kylie was the best therapist I have ever had. Staff are friendly and I cannot recommend it enough.

One of, if not the best place in Sydney for private patients seeking help for depression.

I entered after attempt on my life and exited a new person.

The Drs and nursing staff amazing.

I’d explain the facility as 5 star boarding school. All very routined but helpful and gets you back to becoming a normal person not erratic.

There are different floors depending on your assessment (drug and alcohol vs mood) and you are not mixed except for meals.

Foods not dreadful.

Single rooms are perfectly fine and some extremely spacious.

I would recommend TSC to anyone who wants to help themselves.

This is a good place. I checked in to aod level 2 in September 2020 during COVID I have since stopped playing poker machines and my use is far less of a priority as it used to be. I cannot speak highly enough of the Sydney clinic my life has improved leaps and bounds since my last inpatient stay SEP 2020 thank you to all the staff brilliant 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Participating in therapy with Sydney Clinic was the most positive step in my journey to recovery and wellness. The exceptional staff support and teaching were invaluable to me. Highly recommend their services.

The clinic was better than I had feared. The staff were mostly great, especially the group psychologists & the specialists I saw. The location is fantastic because you can wander down to the beach in minutes which is great. The management were very helpful

Life changing.I cannot recommend the Clinic enough.Went in with an open mind and attitude.Staff were fantastic and could not help enough.My Doctor and Psych were brilliant.One thing that pissed me off were the patients that thought they were owed a favour.Hanging around complaining about this and that.Grow up people.These people will go out of their way to help you,but you gotta help yourself as well.Anyway if it wasn,t for the Clinic,i would not be the happy and sober person i am today.Thanks guys.
