Not in the area much these days as I work in the opposite direction to Greensborough Plaza but whenever I do I stop here for a Latte and it’s always incredible! Coffee is perfect and the young owner behind the counter always greets me with a handshake and a smile and then to go on and ask how I have been and how is my family. He remembers me by face and if i were a regular I can understand but every couple of months or so impresses me that he remembers me at all with the amount of people that come through on a daily basis. Customer service like this is so amazing so I will go out of my way to come back more often. Keep up the great work

Stopped for the muffin and coffee deal. Good food and coffee, excellent service! Going out of their way to make sure we were looked after. Will happily come back again!

Just try the Chai latte, and sure that is one of the best in Melbourne. Staff nice and friendly.

beautiful food and cakes but most importantly top notch service. They had ran out of coke when my wife tried to order. The manager offered to send a staff member to run off and buy one. my wife said no it's fine don't worry about it but they insisted. They then came over and apologised and also got the coke and then a free coffee which was one of the best coffees I have had!! 5 out of 5!!!

Amazing food and service. Literally made up a kids breakfast, adapted from what was on the menu and brought my daughter a complimentary baby chino with a smiley face. She felt like a VIP

Homely feeling in the air. Great reception to people, very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed a chicken pesto Vercharcha with a small chips and a coffee. The food was tasty and light, would recommend for a quick bite or those who are indesisive on where to eat. Thank you!

Rizzo's are the best at Greensborough plaza the are on the bottom level near lifts agreat bunch of guys and lady's great coffee great food cannot fault them hope to an get a seat always busy
