Had my washing machine break down during lockdown and called Brett who walked me through how to fix it over the phone.
A week or so later my wall oven broke and Brett came the following day and repaired it within 20 minutes. Can't fault the service and had a great chat whilst he sorted out the oven. Works perfectly now.
Sometimes hard to get onto on the phone however left a message and Brett called back in a very timely manner.
Thanks again!

Wonderful and fast service even when under extreme circumstances due to covid 19 went out of their way to collect and fix machine machine if I ever need Appilance or electrical will call again and have recommended to family and friends and will continue to do so

Use these guys for a warranty claim through Electrolux. They came out had a look at my washing machine had no idea what was wrong with it. And then told me that it would be the computer. But wasn’t sure. Then the next time I called them( a week later) was told that parts were on order. This was 6 weeks ago!!! Now they don’t answer their phone. Terrible service!

I'm not usually this type of person but, If I could I would give them no stars. I have been waiting on a phone call to get my Fisher and Paykel dryer repaired but have had nothing come through. I have called about 8 times with no return phone call. I have spoken to Fisher and Paykel and they have told me that Baw Baw Electrical have tried calling me multiple times - absolute lies! This has been on going since March. Would not recommend!

Asked for my dryer to be repaired, waited a couple of days for owner to show up, said it was a minor fix, $135.00 which I paid, went to use the dryer, wouldn’t heat up, rang back several times and left messages, no response. Finally got onto them, they said they would pick it up and fix in workshop, next day delivered back said it was running fine, went to use again and running that hot, would switch off after 2 minutes. After a week and a half of several messages and no answer again, finally got onto guy again and he said he would get onto manufacturer and sort it out for me. Two weeks went by no response. Got onto shop lady and she said to call on Monday, Wednesday or fridays, Brett was in then. Been weeks and still no response.
I just ask that people be honest and get back to me, if he couldn’t fix it that’s fine but don’t just ignore me. Decided to buy a new dryer in the end - sick of being mucked around. Very poor customer service, certainly wouldn’t ever use again or recommend sorry to say

The initial service to tell us our oven was not working was quick. Believe to have ordered required part 8 weeks later nobody returns our calls. Terrible terrible service

Massive lack of communication skills, I am extremely disappointed.
My washing machine needed repairing. I rang for a quote.
Rang a few days later to ask to go ahead with the quote, no answer so left a message. Tried multiple times over the next week with no answer. Finally get an answer and he says ‘oh yep I got your message last week, I can come look at it tomorrow.’
Oversights happen ok now worries sounds good.
I explained I need a report for ausnet as they are liable to fix it which I was told was no problem.
Showed up an hour late to look at washing machine and tells me it’s an easy fix and he will email me the report. This was on a Wednesday. On Saturday I still hadn’t heard so I emailed, no response. I phoned on Tuesday and was told she would ring me back that afternoon he was just at lunch. 3 days pass so I tried to call, no answer. Tried again 2 days later.. no answer.
I never normally leave such negative reviews but we are a family of 5 and have not had a washing machine for 4 weeks due to the lack of professionalism and down right rude behaviour. I would give 0 stars if I could.
Warragul washing machine’s has been much more accomodating and I’m glad I took my business else where.

unprofessional, zero communications, saying something and never following own words. kept our dishwasher for 2 months and couldn't fix it, delivered it saying it was fixed but it wasn't

Arranged an appoiment. No show. Rang the office and was told someone will call back. Well...........still waiting and the office phone won’t answer
