Excellent! Called them on the way to Longreach and arranged to be at their premises 8am. My problem only needed 15 minutes and some parts but I was out of there by 8.45 even though they had lots of work on. I thought I'd be hit with a big bucks charge but only $58 including bits. Much appreciated and thanks for being so helpful and accommodating. I hope I don't need you again but I have absolutely no hesitation recommending you to other travellers with an auto electrical problem.

We had Ian replace our caravan house batteries and also our 4WD aux/fridge battery which all failed a few days into our trip. He also fixed some dodgy stuff he found that had been done by 2 previous auto electricians on the van and the car. Ian knows his stuff and the prices were very good. He went out of his way to help us and would highly recommend him.

Rate these guys AAA+, sourced and fitted new alternator to my 200 series in 24 hours, Ian went out of his way to get us back on the road which included a delivery to our camp site best service I have ever experienced
and we were 1st time customers but I would travel a long way to return if I needed any autolecy work done.

Ian was fantastic. Had an issue with my dual battery system. Called that morning and he squeezed me in. Left the car with him the day and it was fixed by the afternoon. Lucky as we were leaving the next day. Cannot rate highly enough. Thanks Ian, saved the trip!

Great honest service. We drove round and got the right advice for simply a fuse issue (stolen item).
The guy was so helpful, the store appeared to have a lot of really useful items etc.
Would be my go to in future should I need help/ advice again. 👍

The lads were flat out, suggesting I prepare the burnt wiring from the second battery, remove the battery box,, and they be more able to help. Very tidy refit of burnt wires, relay and circuit breakers, professional job under the pump. Thankyou sincerely.

Had a glow plug issue. Ian got us into his very busy schedule the very next morning and sorted it out like an absolutely true professional he is. As we couldn’t wait 2 days for parts he problem solved and came up with a fit for purpose value for money solution that will last forever if we choose not to fix by the book. Also gave great advice on other problems allowing us to fix these ourselves and save money. Outstanding service and value and advice. Were extremely helpful in getting us fixed up and back on our travels quickly. We had dragged an andersen plug on our caravan (my fault for not attaching to car properly) and they fixed it in the time it took us to get a coffee in a nearby coffee shop. Very well priced. Fantastic experience.

Ian was just the best. We arrived with an electrical issue on our caravan, he completed initial problem and then discovered another problem. He quickly got the parts overnight and installed the next working day. He did not gouge us with costs and did a fantastic job. Whilst he is an auto electrician he definitely knows a lot about caravan electrical as well. We highly trust and praise Ian for his work and professionalism. He is truly an outback hero for us! Can’t recommend Ian highly enough.
