Montebello Emporium is not only a gorgeous store offering a great range of beautiful wares, the staff team are gorgeous, friendly and go above and beyond for their customers. It’s so nice to have these in- person retail experiences in contrast to impersonal online shopping. A special mention to Renae and Natalie for their customer service and genuine love of what they do. 🌞

A small friendly local shop that surprises me every time I visit.
Because it has clothes that are quite stunning, candles, vases,lamps, skin care products, jewellery, decorated plates,soaps, surprises each visit.
The Staff are helpful, not pushy, lovely to talk with, and friendly.

I went into the store on Mother's Day this year and I was completely ignored by the sales person as she was busy talking to her friend. I walked in with my partner, intending to buy something in particular but felt so unwelcome I didn't feel comfortable even asking for my size so we ended up leaving - not a hello or a goodbye, nothing at all. I made them aware of this on their Instagram page thinking they would simply apologise but their response was to block me even though I had not written anything offensive at all. Shocking commercial move and poor customer service especially in the Covid-19 era when I was simply trying to shop local! I will never shop there again.

Very rude sales staff- she commented that the XL T-shirt would be too small for the customer and then said something similar about some jeans. Poor lady left upset. I’m not putting up with the snobby attitude anymore and so overpriced too. 👎
