Amazing pharmacy! The staff here go above and beyond to get medications to this community and surrounding towns. Even when inpatient tourists become demanding, not understanding the difference between a rural pharmacy and their own metro ones, they push through to serve the community.

Excellent service. Very attentive to informing the customer about medication info and making sure you don't take even over the counter medication that might be reactive to existing medications. Helpful and so friendly despite very busy usage.

Always very polite & always ready to help with any information about medication & health. Always happy to send medications out of town by bus or post. Scripts faxed & received same day 250km away.

Great service. People must understand that not every product is going to be available as the town is remote. As the saying goes like it or lump it.

Purchased 10ml Sustane Ultra eye drops. $13 in Melb. Just purchased same in Agnes Water on east coast. Same price.
$35.00 at this chemist and when I questioned the price she told me in no uncertain terms...take it or leave it. I only asked politely if there had been an error.

Slowest and Dearest pharmacy I have come across, when the town of Longreach has only around 3,000 people in it. No wonder people use online pharmacy services for cheaper medications.

What a useless pharmacy. A 4 hour wait to have a prescription filled and the woman was certainly no small country town 'nice folk'. She didn't even give me the correct brand of meds I asked for. Don't ever stop in Longreach, even if you're dying because they won't care.

Over 2 hour wait for a sticker on a prescription. Rude customer service, very blunt.

Very poor service for an outback pharmacy. Lucky we have Chemist Warehouse online.
