Jason at United Smiles is my regular dentist. He is an excellent dentist and lovely person. Always making sure I am Ok if I need a filling and always explains very clearly what is going on. Could not recommend a more kind, gentle and caring dentist. All the staff at United Smiles are very friendly and there to help you. Best team!! Nursing staff are very friendly and helpful also.

The clinic staffs are very friendly, they are always smiling. The dentist explains well what needs to be done and the options there are before the start of the procedure. Didn’t feel a thing while the dentist was doing my clean and filling. Dental phobia no more!

Friendly and well run clinic. I have a fear of Dentists so after looking for a suitable one I was recommended to try Dr Jason Thitch. This man was superb and I no longer fear my dental appointments. If you don't have extras cover, consider Smiles dental cover which gives you sizeable discounts on your dental work and is cheap to join.

We had a very pleasant experience over the weekend with Dr Lara Khan at United Smiles. My son was very anxious initially about the appointment, but we felt at ease right through the start

as Dr Lara was very patient and understanding. The doctor is very professional, she takes time to explain what needs to be done and provides good care. It is not easy to find good dentist

I have a massive fear of the dentist so understandably I was very anxious.
I had a wisdom tooth removal and the dentist was incredibly understanding, patient and caring and was so nice to me the whole procedure. Definitely the best dentist I have seen and despite still having dental phobia, I am much more comfortable seeing this clinic ☺

I took my 3 year old son to see Dr Jason Thich to get two fillings today. In the past I had seen a paediatric specialist dentist who deemed my son too young to get fillings without going under a general anaesthetic. I wasn't keen to do this so sought a second opinion and I'm so glad I did! My son was completely at ease the whole time due to Dr Jason's calm, friendly nature and confident approach. He completed two fillings in 20 mins without a single complaint from my son! He was patient with him, but also didn't fuss too much or make it seem like a big ordeal. I was incredibly impressed and so happy to have found a dentist I can rely on for my son in the future.

Dr Andrew Chan and the team are amazing! Referred by my partner. Had a clean and tooth finally removed and I couldn’t of asked for a more lovely, caring and outstanding professional. Thanks Dr Andrew! Marcus :)

Best Dentist i have ever been to. I hate going to the dentist but feel completely comfortable with Dr Halim. He explains the procedure and eases any concerns you might have and is extremely professional. All staff are very pleasant to deal with and always greet you with a smile. I have been back numerous times and will continue to have this as my family dentist for a long time to come. Highly recommended.

Never thought a visit to the dentist would be a pleasant one. Went in for a well overdue check up and clean and from the moment I booked my appointment, to the moment I left, the service was consistently perfect.
Dr Vijay did a spot on job at not only cleaning and providing great advice, but making me feel relaxed throughout the clean. Definitely recommend United!

My family and I have had a really great experience every time we visit United Smiles. We are always greeted at the door with a smile and staff members who remember our names. The dentist always make sure that we are completely comfortable with all treatment and that everything has been explained to us fully. Would definitely recommend them for all of your dental treatment.

I would give this practice a 5/5. The dental practitioners are very professional, fantastic chair side manners and friendly. They also know what they are doing and will explain things to you in a way you can understand so that you will have an informed decision Also the nurses are very friendly with their patients and are working well together with their practitioner. Reception is very organised and very friendly to patients. The practice is also clean! This practice is great for the whole family.

Absolutely Fantastic Service!!! Jason the dentist was so so calming and welcoming whilst having work done on our teeth. The front receptionist at the time was so amazingly polite and very very helpful!! We will most definitley be recommending this dental clinic to all of our friends and family. Doctors are friendly and professional. Prices are reasonable. Clean and welcoming clinic. Staff are helpful. My 8 year old daughter was very happy going to this clinic, whole family of 5 come here satisfied everytime. Highly recommended.

Dentists and staff are friendly and very professional, prices are reasonable and they explain the procedure before beginning and answer all your questions. The clinic is clean and I would highly recommend anybody who is hesitant to visit them. Excellent service

Firstly I want to say, if there was a button for 10 stars that's what I would be giving united smiles! I called up yesterday after being in a fair bit of pain with a tooth, got a call back and was booked in for this morning. Upon walking into united smiles, I was greeting by a lovely receptionist, filled out the form and was then taken into the room where doctor Andrew Chang spoke to me about what my concerns were. He had a look, took an xray and proceeded to fill in my tooth that had been giving me grief.
He was very professional, respectful and told me how much the procedure would be before we went ahead, which I liked, as i had bad experiences in the past at a different dentist and not told how much things would cost until the end, and that was a shocking amount for what they did. Anyways, we went ahead and Andrew told me what he would be doing before he would and it all went smoothly well. He was gentle, caring and would always check to make sure I was going ok.
If you have a fear of dentists or bad experiences in the past I HIGHLY recommend going to see the dentists at united smiles and you wont be disappointed!
