It's literally a space under the bridge. Like where trolls live. Used to be free, but the council sold it out to Wilson's even though there's a Westfield parking just opposite. Must be a good reason for this right? Maybe just to ensure there's no free parking in that area. But to the carpark itself. It's not a carpark. It's space under the bridge with a toll gate put in front. Not that it's an unsafe area, but there's no security. No walls at all really, it's all open to the road . Probably a nice place for delinquents to hang out away from adult supervision. No walls mean no protection from the elements, wind, rain, dust, this carpark doesn't really solve any problem. Westfield parking is just across the road.

Just had a horrible interaction with the person on duty over a faulty Tap and Pay device on one of the boom gates. Spoke to us extremely rudely telling us to insert it which was obvious as we tried multiple cards. So much attitude when trying to help out the business. Just not needed.

Bought a pair of Ecco shoes for about ~$350 in store and came to pick them up, stupidly did more window shopping, still had to pay $10 parking fee for staying 2.5 hrs because they hit you with $10 if you stay 2 hrs then $5 every hour after whether you buy something or not. Will browse and buy online in future where it's cheaper and don't get hit with parking fee even if you purchase

They overcharged my ticket and take me 10 min to get on the phone someone who did not resolve the issue an another 5 min to connect again.
In the mind time, I have to tolerate other driver because the costumer service does not the job.

Manager has no idea what is going on. No security cars are always being damaged might as well park on the street.
