I remember when I first went there I got a great experience so I even joined the membership thought I would like to go there every time. But I received a poor experience today. The lady who’s massaged me was a bit sick ( I don’t wanna get sick plus I think she should be rest at home instead of working) and she seems new and not really sure what she’s doing. The staff members should be trained to the same standards not because of the shop is busy so rushing them to serve the customers. Not sure will I go back again or not.

Dont get Wanida to do your massage.. she was one rude girl. I asked to see how the medibank works and she literally was yelling at me like I was a child. And ask if I I want to do or not. I honestly was shocked by the way she was speaking to me . I use to go there once a week and get a massage from the other lady but no more . Disgusting service .

Today i had my last exam. It was on the inner workings of the brain and all the little bits and pieces that work with it. Needless to say my lack of study was evident as the exam tore me a new one. The punishment i received from my exam was horrible so i decided to get some relaxation by having a massage. Regularly i would go elsewhere but i had a voucher so i toddled on down to Zhongs where i met Bowan. Asking for the "back and legs" 3 times before pointing it out on a sign to Bowan probably should have been my first clue, that he had none. The next 50 minutes were possibly the worst of my life. Bowans elbows put more pain into me than all of my exams combined. On top of that i had enough oil on my to put Saudi Arabia out of business. Finally my torture ended 50 minutes later and i was greeted with the price of 80 dollarydoos. Now, given my normal place does the same massage for 50 bucks and i only had a $30 gift card, how happy do you think i was, getting tortured for Bowans fun, when i could have been laying in absolute bliss, for the same price? All in all i'd say i was fairly diddled and won't be coming back
