Big store and fully stocked. found some gems

Impeccable customer service. Spoke to the lady on the phone (Jinan) and she was answering all my questions with genuinity and upmost effort. Very caring and she went above and beyond in making sure she knew what I was looking for. Even when I was indecisive about the products that were limited in stock , she took the time to help me and offered to call stores nearest to me to put some aside for me. I have never been treated with such unfeigned service!

It was amazing experience with customer service…..specially the girl name is ZARA …she is so polite, perfect knowledge about her job, very nice behaviour and great communication skill she has…I really appreciate her work…

They have good quality clothing, with great savings at this time of year. The staff are very helpful and friendly and there's an abundance of space to move about as you browse through the store.
