Cooran Community Store

Great store with excellent staff.
Everything is clean and fresh.

Great coffee and cakes and very friendly and helpful.

Cooran is a small town which I hope doesn't get too big too quickly, I was surprised that there's a bus service that runs 3 times a day from a bus stop just down from the general store. It's terrific that this little general store and post office is still operating just like the one at amamoor, cause it provides an essential service to the small community. I live in gympie and I see so many empty shops and businesses that open up and don't last too long. It's great cooran has the sop/post office. They sell some really delicious snakes like slices and cakes and biscuits if you want to stop and have something to eat. I couldn't give it any less that 5 stars, the ladies that work there are very friendly and that's what makes a country store great. I'll keep coming back as long as I'm living nearby

We met Brad when we had stopped to ask directions to get a train back to Ponoma. He spent time with us, was genuinely interested in what we were doing and how we were. We were in fact absolutely exhausted.... he offered to drive our bikes back to the B&B and pick us up from Ponoma. This absolutely blew us away, community, kindness and humanity is abundant in Cooran - thank you Brad

Great little shop. Sells great coffee and fresh hot pies and sausage rolls. Lovely local place and the staff are wonderful. Excellent service.

Provides a vital service to the local community. Grocceries, newsagent, bank, parcels/post office, a quick snack and a chat. Catch up with locals and gossip. Buy hand-made greeting cards, local free range eggs etc etc.

Lovely owners. Grandkids we're 40 cents short for 2 ice blocks but lady said they could have them anyway.

Friendly staff, good variety of groceries, home essentials, and magazines to read with your coffee and cake. Love it!

THE SERVICE IS ALWAYS EFFICIENT & ALSO SERVICE WITH A SMILE. THEY SERVE FRESH SANDWICHES MADE TO ORDER AND MAKE A GREAT CAPPUCINO, THE ALSO OPERATE AS A GROCERY STORE, NEWS AGEGENT & AUSTRALIA POST AGENT.
IF THERE IS SOMETHING YOU WE ANT ON A REGULAR BASIS AND T H E DONT SYOCK IT, THE WILL TRY & ACCOMODATE YOU.
