I recently attempted to enroll in a beginner’s course at Studio Yarn, as advertised on their website. Despite multiple attempts to contact them - including a phone call on their listed open day, leaving a voicemail, sending a message, and reaching out via Instagram - I have not received any response. I noticed that the studio was active on social media, posting about the course and other updates, yet my inquiries went unanswered. This lack of communication has been quite disappointing, especially for a new customer eager to participate. I hope this feedback helps in improving future customer interactions.
