The Rabbithole

After arriving in Darwin, I was drawn to my first cafe, Rabbit Hole, and went to a cafe located in a park where huge tropical trees grow. As soon as I entered, a tropical squall poured down from outside, but I was drowned out by jazz music and the sweet scent of coffee made me feel like I was in another space. I took a sip of a cute cappuccino filled with milk art and felt the tropical morning. First of all, 5 stars for the coffee taste.

I highly recommend this place for a weekend breakfast. The food is presented well and is quick service. The staff is friendly and provides lovely service. Moreover, there are plenty of places to sit, both in a bright space or outside. If you are in town, do not miss out on this great spot.

Looked it up before arriving and definitely lived up to the reviews. I wanted good coffee but also good food, but not a burger. I had the big breakfast and my partner the mushrooms. Both delicious. Coffee was excellent as well

Have breakfast here everyday for 7 days whilst Visting Darwin from Perth.
Staff were Friendly and accommodating with slight changes on my orders.
Food was good sized portions and coffee was great. Have has real milk without lactose (lactose free) for those lactose intolerant.
Air conditioned and plenty of seating available however at times it can get very busy.

Update - the cafe has moved to the end of the mall. Perfect location. Staff are still great and so is the food. Now they have AC inside!

Amazing selections for breakfast! And very good coffee! We got the sticky rice and latkes and were very impressed- their salad and burger list also looks amazing so we can't wait to go back for a lunch. Lovely service and lots of places to sit in a bright space or outside. If you are in town, I would highly recommend popping by🐇

Amazing veg big brekky. Juices were great too. Photos posted are veg big brekky, eggs my way (i request berries on side, and the humble man didnt charge me for), korean breakfast plate was the best... 100% recommended
Suggestions for owners: 1. Chai Latter needs some attention, 2. Kindly serve steak knife with sourdough bread.

Coffee is amazing as well.
But strongest point is staff friendliness, it is much better when you are received by autentique smiles.

Awesome menu, lovely staff and delicious food. Got the smashed avo with vegan cheese and a side of mushies. It was amazing. The fennel, and pickled onion and relish made it extra tasty. Nice to have a few vegan options.

Great service! Clearly marked vegan options (just a couple, but they are good), with friendly staff and clean indoor environment (as well as outdoor seating).

Really kind waitress (pictured above) who was very attentive to me and my group of friends. A very special mention to the server Tim, who danced gracefully between the role of a court jester and the best, most efficient waitstaff. Food and drinks were fantastic, definitely a cafe to revisit.

Great for breakfasts, gets very busy at peak times but worth a little bit of queuing. Really good coffee and the food we had really good. Friendly service as we’ve come to expect in NT and not breaking the bank either.

Big breakfast was well presented and the poached eggs were cooked perfectly.
The fresh juices were also good.

Great place for brekkie , nice large serving sizes , one green eggs and ham can feed 2-3 people depending how hungry we are and yes I like green eggs and ham, I do, I like them Sam I am!
The Yuzu juice was also Amazing.

Had a coffee there in the morning and was so impressed I went back for lunch and was not disappointed at all. The chicken burger with spicy sauce was divine and the cucumber apple drink washed it down perfectly. Great prices and awesome service from very attentive wait staff....I’ll be back for sure.

From moment walked in and greeted by the most friendly staff, a very relaxed atmosphere with good music, perfect for a Sunday morning.
Food was great, recommend the salmon rosti, partner had eggs Benny 👍

Definitely the one of the top 3 or even the best breakfast in Darwin. Great plating presentation, nice flavours, staff really friendly and smooth service. Great dining experience.
It would be great if interior design not so plain.

Food was fantastic, huge compliments to the head chef. The Salmon Rosti was very tasty, fresh and aesthetically pleasing. Would highly recommend!!!
Will be back again to try more.
