Woolworths Epping North is my absolute go-to for shopping! The store is always well-stocked, clean, and organized. The staff is friendly and helpful, making my shopping experience enjoyable every time. From fresh produce to a wide variety of products, they have it all. Convenient location, great service – I wouldn't shop anywhere else! 🛒🌟👍

I had the most amazing customer service experience the other day by such a lovely girl in self check out( long blonde hair). She was so helpful and bubbly and really made me feel welcome. Iv been to other stores where they don’t even look at you! 10/10 good on her!! And thank you!!!!

For the staff who worked on Friday the 18th of August 2023. You all did a great job, I could see how hard you were all working and how stressed you all were trying to keep up. You didn't have enough staff to cope but you put your customers first and made sure you went the extra step.
Your managers should know you all did a great job, I hope they recognise it. Keep up the good work :)

Nice,clean and modern store.

Very clean shop in a very clean centre. Plenty of parking. Friendly staff. It was easy to find items for a new shopper. Aisles clearly labeled and grouped well. Very spacious shop and easy to manouvre in. Self checkout rather smile might get crowded if busy but otherwise machines there do not alarm unnecessarily.
Highly recommend for everyday shopping

I went on weekends mainly. The girl name jashan. She served us. She was so good , polite and helpful. Good to Woolworth hire such a good staff.

First supermarket I have visited that, has hash browns available. This is the third. Lovely lady also helped me pick curry powder...legend. I love Woolworths!!

Conveniently located to our home, excellent customers service. Their delicatessen has all our favourites for an impromptu anti-pesto, when you couldn’t be stuffed cooking dinner. Great selection of cheeses, cured meats, stuff olives & other delights I can’t get in the one place.

Love this place. Nice and quiet. Shelves are always filled. Great friendly staff ready to help if needed. Fresh produce. Plenty of parking spots. Maybe not right next to the shop but well within walking distance unlike big shopping centres.

Very friendly staff members, especially the lady with manager badge. She spent real good time for finding a product from the stocks for me. Thank you. I was after a special edition item, it wasn't on the shelf and I asked her about it. She even lo ok in the system and found the item in nearest Woolworths store. Great support 👌

I have been going to this Woolworth for about 2 years. Staff are always so lovely and they treat me like I was family. My local Woolworths is just amazing, and through this crazy times I can see the staff still smiling and working together. Thank you for all that you do Woolworths Epping North.

Nice atmosphere, big, clean, wide isles, has pretty much everything I need. Disappointed that some line items disappear but I guess that's the supplier pulling them. I'd like a Woolies app that would allow me to easily provide feedback on the items I miss.

Very nice store, very good and friendly staff. Convenient location, it was only big retailer for long time in the Epping north, but now it got two strong competitor at the other end but giving very strong impact on Woolworth's business..

Absolutely my best shopping experience, the night Duty manager, Jack was excellent, so well dressed and very tidy. He looked after me like a pot of gold bars, my friend Phillip. P was amazed aswell.

This used to be open till 12:00am but the timing is changed to 10:00pm which is bit inconvenient because we became used to old timings and we normally used to visit after the dinner. Otherwise, it is located at very convenient place with plenty of space for parking.

You can see where everything is. It all makes sense easy to find what you need.
