Chatime

I was surprised to see a chatime open at my local centre but it’s a welcome addition. Menu is same as all other branches and they also have two kiosks inside for self-ordering.

Update: Been back several times now and the service is always good, tea is tasty as ever of course. No seating but very convenient spot for take away with public seating elsewhere in the shopping centre

Came in today with my children for bubble tea - staff were so friendly and helped my children with what to order so they knew they would get something that they liked. Will definitely come here again and recommend to anyone ordering bubble tea with children as the staff are young and super friendly. Thanks for a fun and helpful experience for a first-time bubble tea drinker. I'll be back!

Clean and consistent with its franchise. The service was friendly and informative, there are also electronic devices to order from. The drinks have never been disappointing. Only complaint is the new paper straws which seem not to work after 5 mins of use... #bubbletea

Was surprised and reluctant when I drove pass Chatime, didn't realize one just recently opened here. Bought 2 drinks (thai milk tea and earl grey), tasted the same if not better than my usual city joint. Had a good orangey color (refer to pic). The guy who served and made it was super friendly.

Chatime Moonee Ponds, is a great place to get a cool refreshing drink and true to its advertising

Came in today for bubble tea, such friendly staff and great service. Best bubble tea I’ve been to in Moonee Ponds. Highly recommend. 5 stars for the girls who served me!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Speedy service. Got those tap and order machines so you don’t have to wait in line. The Brown Sugar Milk Tea is pretty great. Try it out. Fair warning, it’s super duper sweet.

Awesome customer service! Took the staff's recommendation of taro ice blend and it didn't disappoint. Hopefully I can come back soon without needing to order from uber eats...

I'm so happy they opened a Chatime in my area! Any of the fruit iced teas are amazing. Staff were professional and our drinks tasted amazing.

I love this Chatime but it takes so long for them to make the drinks, I asked the lady for no ice but she still put ice in my drink this is the second time she did this the first time was when I got a large taro milk tea and the second time was when I got a large mango milk tea, the other workers didn't do this only she did.

Came in today for a refreshing beverage and was so happy with the service 😊 lovely staff 10/10

Awsome looking store, especially with the fantastic mural on the side. Drinks are delicious and so is the long hair guy who served me.

Quality drinks, friendly staff, great service, Insta-worthy graffiti wall and close to kfc if you’re feeling a dirty zinger box.. ticks all the boxes for me!
