Today I have the best fried wicked wings ever! Crispy, fresh and juicy. Hands Blessed by Lord can only cook chicken like it. Best present before Christmas.

The food here was pretty good although I only had popcorn chicken. The service however was outstanding. I made sure to get the name of the lady who served me as that was the best service I have ever received at not only a fast food establishment but in all of Melbourne restaurants. The young Lady by the name Charlotte Marshall-Pearson, served me and my family with the brightest and best attitude I have ever seen and brought a next level of positive energy to the place. Definitely deserves a raise. Would recommend.

I was eating from this foods store last 15 years before 7 years ago this store is best out best. Last 1 year this store foods is terrible. Can’t compare with now any other store
Oily, burnt and no quality what so ever. I don’t know what happened. Please consider your quality and consistent. If not if someone having food poising like me they will take action against to you.

The moment I walked through the doors of this KFC, I was completely blown away. I was hit by a calming scent of the fragrantly fried chicken as the breeze of the front door brushed against my shoulders. A well dressed waiter sat me down and introduced me to their gourmet menu which consisted of a range of fried products, sauces, and drinks. After half an hour of strong hard consideration, I finally settled with the national favorite Zinger Box. The moment I put the menu down, the waiter appeared at my table in an instant; not hesitating to deliver my food with the utmost care. As I opened the carefully articulated container, my eyes caught the bright golden chips, fried picture perfect. I then diverged my eyes towards the meticulously put together chicken burger, which instantly made my mouth water. The gravy was situated in a cylindrical container, sitting atop the creamy mashed potatoes. It was a perfect contrast of brown and beige, which brought not just water to my mouth but tears to my eyes. Once I was ready to take my first bite of the crispy chips, Gordan Ramsay greeted me with a bright smile. During the moment, I almost passed out. I couldn't believe internationally renowned chef Gordan Ramsay was here to experience the miracles of Moonee Ponds KFC. After a short conversation with chef Ramsay, he finally left me uninterrupted to enjoy the food. I pick up the glassy fries and sunk my teeth into them. I couldn't believe it. The fries were so crispy that it shattered the instant I bit into it. I then moved onto the burger, with my expectations set very high. I take a big bite of the famous Zinger Burger, and tears rolled down my eyes like butterflies dancing in the cool spring breeze. The juice was uncontrollably went everywhere as I finish my bite. This shattered my expectations and set the bar even greater than it was before. I paired the gravy with both portions of the food I was served and it simply enhanced the flavor while adding a smooth mouth feel. Overall, with how I experienced this wonderful establishment; It is undeniable that many that has come before me and will come after me are going to witness the renaissance of food production.

4 stars for the Service and food, however the place looks run down and dirty.
KFC should clean their act and take care of the cleaning aspect of business.

This KFC store changed my life, when i first ordered the customer service was superb aswell as the food they had ready. The chips and fried chicken weren't soggy or dry they were full of juice and was mouth watering. Every single Friday night i would come to this store after a long day to enjoy the exquisite food presented. Gordan Ramsay went to Australia just to try out the food at Moonee Ponds KFC and that is enough to convince customers to visit this store.

Honestly one of the best Kfc experiences I’ve had in a while. Kinda brought back memories when I used to go as a kid and how it made me feel back then. And also the manager named jonty was really polite made sure the service was spot on!!!

Went to this KFC stores drive through today at about 1.45pm. the girl on the drive through window was lovely. My KFC was amazing. The best I have had for a long time. So juicy not dry cooked to perfection. Well done everyone at this KFC. I will definitely be back. 😃😃

Standard KFC fare which is always good. The tenders were particularly well done. What made the visit special though, were the looks my companion received. He was wearing a boiler suit, which on its own these days is odd enough, with a missing sleeve. Odd fellow that Finn.

The staff were brilliant with their treatment towards my autistic child. In particular the manager James. Can't speak highly enough of the staff. My child ate all the food and wanted more so it must have been good.

This was by far the fastest and cleanest kfc I've ever visited. They weren't confused by the app, my order was hot and perfect and the dining are was spotless.

I wish kfcs on the Gold coast were like this but it was a surprising highlight of a recent Melbourne visit to get such competent service in such a nice environment.

Great food, but sometimes staff takes their own sweet time, there's no urgency, when serving.

Don't listen to the reviews. I lost my love for Kfc with a lot of the stores. But this particular store gets the popcorn chicken just right and they always remember to put the extra salt on my chips. Used the drive through 3 or 4 times and never waited more than five minutes.

I cannot believe this KFC actually restores my faith in this franchaise. The original recipes are so juicy. Actually, not absolutely juicy, but it is relatively juicier than all the other stores. They are actually enjoyable! The other stores' chicken are so dried and everytime make me ask myself "why did I make the same mistake?".
Not sure if its just that batch. And I am not local in the area. But I really enjoyed it!

The first time I've been there fast service and finger licking good chicken. There was a particular worker that made my day called Ava she gave me the perfect amount of chicken salt on my chips and was very kind best customer service experience ever 10/10 would go again

When i entered the store i was having a bad day, terrible if i'm to be honest. But that was all to change when i was greeted by the warm embrace of someone i would proudly label the best employee there. Scarlett Bella Bibby. She could notice immediately after those sensor doors slid open, that something was dulling my sparkle. Ms Bibby then proceeded to leap over the counter, with pure grace and elegance, to my comfort. Rocking me back and forth on the kfc floors, like a mother cradling their new born child, until my pain was eased. She then scurried to fetch me all the chicken in store that she could get her greasy little hands on and covered herself head to toe in it, until she looked like a chicken herself, continuing on to perform a personal monologue for me about climate change. It not only completely opened my eyes to our delicate earths current reality, but it filled my body with the most euphoric sensation i have ever experienced. And that was when i realised. My depression had been cured. After this amazing act of artistic genius Scarlett continued on to launch my body into the stores deep freezer, and lock me there until every inch of my being was consumed with pure numbness, and i knew i would never be able to feel pain again. As i emerged from the freezer with a new sense of life, Ms Bibby went on to serenade me with her youtube famous, hot chocolate dance. When i turned to exit the store, Scarlett insisted on wheeling me out in the deep fryer to ensure i got the full experience. A day i will never forget. I owe my thanks to this store. And more importantly, i owe my life to this women. Scarlett Bella Bibby, i am eternally grateful. 5 stars.

They got my order right. I am so happy. And they were crazy busy but lovely stuff. So impressed

fmd honestly whoever makes the wicked wings in this kfc honestly needs a raise istg I’ll literally rock up with a massive tip for you pretty sure the lads name is ‘teague’ anyways great job keep it up! Lowkey the best kfc out there all the other reviews that gave a bad rating needs therapy x

I'm giving 5 stars 3 straight up for the clean toilets 2 for the food, chips were freshly cooked but i ordered a aoli wrap ended up with BBQ sauce on it but atlest i got my sweet chilli sauce for free happy dipping

Was served by a young gentlemen, he was getting trained at the time im pretty sure he had blue eyes and blonde hair, i asked for his name i believe hes name was hugh, he handled a angry customer very well who just kept complaining, he then apologized to me for having to see that which was very nice of him and i simply replied thats ok, it was very great to see this, he is great young man with a great future however one complaint would be i came in another time and was served by a young skinny girl named scarlett and had a quite aggressive tone towards me but i guess she was just having a bad day cause i saw her another time and was really nice. also a young man named DJ served me he was very great and proffesinal. Keep up the great work!
