Not a bad store but has room for alot more stuff. Everything seems to be there but huge room for stocking more items. New items and existing extras instead of one or 2 stock 5. Seems to be a long wait to get staff help they always seem to be out the back with one sometimes 2, serving the front

Good store, busy as on the Saturday of Easter. Some good deals and prices. Bfc club members, get some good deals too.

The bloke that I received some help from was awesome. He helped me with what I needed and explained in detail what would be best for what I could afford after I had explained what I was looking for in their products. Always worth a visit when looking for fishing gear and tips.

Best group of staff I have ever come across. Couldn't be more helpful and knowledgeable. I wish they would ship some of you to the Adelaide stores, they could learn a thing or two. I might return to Warrnambool just to goto their BCF. It's worth the 450km drive.

We had one of the best service you could ask for. We called into buy sides for our caravan awning and the guys at Warrnambool BCF couldn't help us enough. When we left we thought we had forgotten to buy clips and I called them and because they were unsure they opened a packet and investigated for us so we didn't have to turn around. Nice to see good old fashion service. Thanks Guys..

I commended the staff member who served me today hopping a manager or someone was also listening but l have to say that all the saff were absolutely excellent l really mean that.. l was greeted at the door even thou both members were serving and l was really helped with what l was looking for...Some other retailers of Warrnambool should take notes.
