Such a nice crew and training. Very powerful sessions with so much energy. You don’t get bored there, everyday is a different class to keep your body healthy and fit.

Amazing gym. We were only in town for the weekend but dropped by for one of their strength sessions. Was awesome. The staff were super friendly and made you feel really welcome. The overall vibe of the gym is really cool and they have already clearly created a welcoming space with plenty of people there. The workout was really good and would definately be back for some sweaty goodtimes! They would have a new member for sure if Byron was home! My partner @jahmiel_lucy putting in the yards in the pics with me hovering in the background. Thanks for such a fab experience team (and the photos). I love this place. Hated gyms before starting at BFT Byron - but this place is different. The culture is awesome, the coahes are unreal and so supportive, the relaxed vibe in a place that gets actual results is the best. Just have to get your self there and then the coaches (and other members) encouragment gets you working. In and out in 50 minutes feeling like you're making a significant improvment physically. Can see it working for all shapes and sizes...and ages (ageing dad-bod here). Genuinely wish I'd started here years ago.

Had a great complimentary work out with the gang. Really enjoyed the vibe and diverse mix of the group. Friendly and supportive, even high 5s from the members after the session! Well thought out classes that make you work but have fun at the same time. Go check them out if you're local or just visiting

I highly recommend this gym.

The trainers here are so friendly and welcoming, it was so good to be away from home and get workouts in without feeling out of place.

The programming of the workouts are achievable and very effective, 10/10 for sure ✔

Really upsetting behaviour from the owner, passive aggressive and lied straight to my face. Won't go into detail but if you want to be coached by someone with their head so far up there..... then go ahead! Just remember, you own a gym in Byron - you don't own Byron. Just remember us locals have been here a lot longer than you so please calm down don't be a jerk and just be nice to people. it goes a long way especially if you had kids! Teach them the right way to treat people.
