Travel Charme Fürstenhaus am Achensee

We have spent 4 wonderful days in this excellent hotel, with super view of Achensee Lake, the room was premium double room with a nice balcony with lake view, the receptionest “Thanks Sara” welcomed us warmly , she was so kind with us during our stay, the lobby so nice and we loved to spend a time there, the “Laurentius” restaurant are great and have a variety of food, and they have a breakfast buffet and the staff are serving us with a smile (Thanks to Ledya). They have a beautiful SPA called “Puria” , an excellent SPA with indoor and outdoor door Swimming Pool, we had Intensive Back Massage for 50 min from “Daniel” thanks to him I have spent a great time, there is a fee parking

The resort is very wonderful, especially the rooms overlooking the lake. The hotel staff were very wonderful, especially the receptionist Sarah. She helped me a lot and was very nice. Thank you, beautiful Sarah. I only wished that the room had a water boiler or a coffee machine.

Absolutely amazing Hotel directly located at the achensee. The Staff is on top of the top. Always a smile, making you feel welcome at every second you spend here, even when it is super busy. The breakfast is just fabulous and the dinner at the evening mind blowing. For sure on the higher price side, but it is every euro worth and you want regret. I spend a week here and could not find one little thing to complain about it. Thank you for hosting me and you will see me again.

Location by the water. Quiet and restful.

The Spa is great! Very spacious and never felt crowded. Sauna and pools are amazing. I felt so relaxed.

The staff are so attentive, kind and helpful. I never had to ask twice for anything.

The room that I got was just above the hot tub over looking the water and mountains. The rooms are spacious and well stocked. The view is relaxing and just beautiful.

Breakfast spread was great, suited for all dietary restrictions.

Hiking trails are great as well. If you want to walk outside theres plenty of trails. Or other activities.

I have booked this hotel for my Bachelors party and we had a memorable experience. Location and ambiance is value for money.

Definetely the hotel has the best view on the Achensee lake or on the mountains nearby, so you cannot go wrong by choosing any room type. The Spa and pool area is pretty big and well organized. The lake view from the Panorama Sauna is amazing.

We had our room prepared for our 5 months baby with a lot of things necessary for him, which was a real surprise. The birthday gift, some sweets and a bottle of sparkling wine was another nice surprise, so I would like to thank for this to hotel personnel.

The breakfast was good, I would have appreciated to have more warm meals options than the classical eggs and omlettes. We had the lunch few times in the hotel's restaurant, I think for the money I paid, I was expecting a better value. The bar of the hotel with its fireplace is very nice place to enjoy a drink or few.

Overall a nice and good stay and if we will come again in Pertisau, the Travel Charme hotel will be the first choice.

The Hotel was in a marvelous location. The best thing is you can get a room that either overlooks the alps or the lake so either way the views are nice. Kareena at Reception was delightful and very friendly and helped us out every time we had any queries. Laslo in the bar made us very nice drinks and was a very good chat (top bartender). The rooms were spacious with nice additional items such as shoe sticks, shoe polisher, sewing kit, etc etc. Would definitely book again if ever visit tirol again.

My biggest problem was the breakfast was at 7:30 and not earlier. Considering it is skiing season, We would want to be ideally out of the hotel by 7:30 to beat rush hour at ski lifts so we skipped breakfast for a couple of days after day 1. The quality and taste of the breakfast food can be a little bit better as well

The underground parking is an additional 9EUR per night which I think should be included in the hotel price Considering they have plenty of space

The dinner menu had sushi listed for 2 straight nights but it wasn't available for some reason. If it wasn't available, they should have had menus with available items. Furthermore, the menu was catered more to people who eat more meat, adding more vegan/fish items would make it better.

Hotel is more than great. Our room had a balcony with amazing lake view. Breakfast is exceptional and staff are so nice. Also, it's located in a beautiful area; you can enjoy the walk by the lake where restaurants, coffee shops, and souvenirs stores are all around you. But, I think it’s better for such a hotel to provide coffee machines for free inside the rooms. In total, it’s highly recommended

Hotel is exceed expectations . Our room had a balcony with amazing lake view. Breakfast is very good and stuff was very helpful . Also, it's located in a beautiful area. Absolutely we will back again here. Strongly recommend.

Pertisau is a beautiful location. This hotel sits just by the lake. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Rooms are very nice. Spa and sauna are great. The quality of the food served was very good.
This was our second visit and would like to stay again in the future

We stayed for two nights including Silvester and enjoyed the service and the facilities very much. The hotel is very hospitable with good design and reasonable good selection. The spa facilities in lake and mountain setting is second to none, just prefect. The hotel can improve on fresh pastry and bread selection at breakfast and more exciting selection of hot food at dinner . We highly recommend the hotel for three nights break.

Huge room, very spacious and stylish, with a large balcony providing a amazing view mountains. Excellent choice at breakfast. Also Providing extras that other hotels would charge for, such as robes, slippers, complimentary bottled water.

A too good to be true place. Pertisau is a Quite and elegant small town, hotel's location is perfect overlooking the lake, staff are friendly, rooms are spacious, clean and well designed, spa is amazing especially the jacuzzi tub!

I was there for dinner a few times, but never stayed at the hotel. Food is very good and service excellent. Prices are reasonable considering the quality they offer. Highly recommend!

We simply loved it and the week at the hotel was beyond relaxing! Many thanks to the hotel staff who is so lovely. And the food is way delicious!
