This is a great place to experience authentic Austrian food at the top of the Semmering ski resort. A real hütte experience, definitely visit it when skiing or tobogganing on Semmering.

We tried Wiener schnitzel and Dampfknödel. This is not a Michelin star restaurant, but food is very good, just as expected.

The restaurant is located at the top of the ski resort, right at the mountain station of the ski lift. Come here for a hot tea, mulled wine or a complete lunch with traditional Austrian dishes, this will be one of the delights of your day.

Wiener schnitzel and steam dumpling (Dampfknödel) is recommended. Expect 10-15 minutes waiting in line during season, especially on weekends and school holidays.

The elevation of the restaurant is 1317 meters or 4321 feet above sea level.

Great spot for refreshments on the mountain at Semmering. The bartender even took a music request. Definitely gonna come back! #Paraplü

Top-of-ski-lift atmosphere and great hot chocolate. Prices reasonable and view spectacular!
