Naturpark Sparbach

It is a really nice nature reserve to visit. Short and long hiking routes are available.
There are some grilling places what you can book in advance, which is fun.
Lot of facilities next to the trails, playground for the kids.
Close by to Wien

Wild boars are running around. Other animals like deer are kept in outdoor enclosures. Nice place to bring kids. Not crowded. Some food and beverage is offered in the main house, as well as inside the park next to the children playground. Meals offered are very very basic. I would wish more choice.

Lovely park. We walked to the Ruins. Just follow the signs. The Wanderweg is pretty steep, but not too difficult. Lots of picnic tables around. Take your lunch with you. Great playground for kids and animals to see. A little pricey at 6,00€ per adult. We were here about 4 hours.

Veru beautiful park. Lots of animals which are really friendly. The donkeys were really fun and the pond was full of huge carps.

Very nice park, great for kids.I expected to see more animals to pet, but it‘s ok... there were some hills to go up to, so if you have a pram get ready for it. We liked it and we are coming back for sure. There is a great park for kids to play in right in the middle! They love it

Nice place for light hike. Dont listen to gps, read tables next to the road :) It took us around 4 hours to go everywhere.

We had such a good time here with our toddler. This is an amazing place to bring your kids.
We downloaded the audio guide suggested at the entrance and it was amazing. We learned a lot about wild animals life, and about different points you can visit in the park.

We particularly likes the fact that wild boars can be seen walking around. They keep a safe distance from visitors, but to see them in the wild is great 😃

We will definitely come back to visit and spend more time around to check all the attractions.

Great way to spend a day. Lots to do for families. Beautiful and not crowded. You can spot wildlife.

Quite big, lots of activities for kids, lots of animals, all very clean.

Super fun, close to the city. Have seen many wild boars roaming around, one can walk up very close and take pics. They're harmless. On a clear day it is possible to take breathtaking pictures from the remains of two 800 year old "castles". It definitely does worth the time to climb up there. And 7 euros for an adult entry is a steal.

Came across this little gem by chance. Pulled off the motorway for a rest, and couldn't resist going in. Absolutely loved the donkeys.

Lots of parking, car free immediately behind gates, well kept gravel main road, muddy paths through woods, no bikes allowed, practical carts available for rent to transport stuff, awesome playground with snack bar, little stream running trough playground, barbecue and picnic meadow just behind playground. Kids loved it, got wet, muddy and exhausted.

Cosy and friendly. We had a lunch, 2 adults and one child, on Sunday. We took the daily menu, three dishes, and Schnitzel for the child, and paid 50 EUR for all. Tasted good. We liked it. Good looking terrace.
