Mouthwatering dishes, exceptional wine and awesome service

Exceptional wines as expected. Great food, consistently top. Beuschl is to die for. Service was stretched way beyond it's limit today but generally OK.

Wow what a place. Excellent food (i had pumpkin soup, roast chicken with chantrelle mushroom risotto) & apricot dumplings. Very high quality flavorful food. Amazing setting with apple trees and beautiful flowers. A bit slow but worth the wait

Fantastic and huge gasthof in the wachau region. Right by the danube and a garden like rarely seen before, like out of a fairy tale. Wonderful down to earth and regional menue, a purely great wine list ( no wonder enmerich Knoll is the cousin), very nice and competent staff! Not too outrageous when it comes to pricing, highly recommended! You need to book a table, always full, which is no wonder

Very nice atmosphere with beautiful inner garden. Food was great - we had Wachau fish soup which was creamy and fish with mushroom risotto - perfect balance of taste and fish was very soft and delicious! Owner of the restaurant was greeting the hosts and checking if everything is ok! 100% coming back!

A little oasis in tourist flooded streets of Dürnstein. Gorgeous view, authentic and reasonably priced dishes.

The price reflects the quality of the restaurant. There are really a lot of fancy dishes which are a big enough to enjoy. The whine is sensationall and the garden is a little fairy tale. This is Australian culture in its perfection. I do not post any pictures right now, make your own experience.

Lovely outdoor seating in the orchard. food is a more expensive then you would expect from a rural restaurant, but food was excellent and the size of the servings was more then enough. service was attentive and very forthcoming.

Waiter was top and charming. Their outdoor seating in the apple garden was fantastic. And the food especially the quality of the meat was unreal..so tender and tasty. Excellent!!!

Our family loves this place. We live in Vienna but make the trip just for the food and the ambience. Better than anything in Vienna. If you like great country fair (even better than Granny made it) you will love it!

Very nice service, I'm gluten intolerant and they made all efforts to change the meals to fit my diet. The food was very good and so is their selection of wines, of course.

Perfect ... They managed big wedding together wirh other guests without any problem. Do not forget to try their "smaragd" wine.
