Sehr, sehr kompetent. Überaus kompetent und empathisch. Nimmt sich gefühlt, alle Zeit der Welt.
Ordinationsassistentin wirkt teilweise gestresst und überfordert, aber trotzdem äußerst nett und freundlich.
Termin sehr schnell bekommen. Wartezeit in der Ordination, würde ich als "normal" bezeichnen.
