Six of us eat there last week. It was not the first time. If you want good pub food and don't want to leave feeling hungry, this is the place to come. The food is very well cooked using good ingredients. The portions are large but it is produced with care and full of flavour. We all chose the rump steak. The meat was tasty and tender. Everyone's was cooked to the right degree.. The service was friendly and efficient. Will not leave it so long before returning again.

I definitely recommend this restorant. Quite popular, customers come from nearby towns. Very tasty, everything is fresh, prepared quite quickly. The portions are very large. Even children's portions as for an adult. Very friendly staff. Surprised that they didn't accept card payments. Thanks to the owners for the care and attention!

Excellent experience of genuine Austrian cuisine! Highly recommend stopping here if you are near. Delicious venison stew, shrimp linguine, toasted Gouda, not to mention tasty ale 😀We’ll done and thank you!

One of my fav restaurant ever! It’s delicious, portions are giant (almost too big) and very cheap! Whatever you take, it will be amazing !

Very good traditional food. Very big food portion and reasonable price. Local ppl often come here for food and gather around . Hidden gems!!

Good quality food, with huge quantities! One member of our group commented that the steak was the best he had ever had. I had the Hirsch medallions with blue cheese topping and they were deliciously juicy and tender. Be prepared to take away the remains of your meal for the following day!

Very nice local inn. Good atmosphere, good service, good food and reasonable prices. Very generous portions so beware how much food you order!

If you think the rate sounds too high, you need to visit and judge it yourself. I think it was one of the best reastuarants I've ever been to. Best quality, really good looking dishes, tastey and even big portions...

Great, traditionnal and home made food! Like most places we went to in Austria & Germany, dogs are welcomed (event had a bowl of water without asking anything). We enjoyed this stop, very well located on our way from München to Hallstat

The Food is fantastic, Original Austrian Cuisine, overproportional Portions and the Price €€ very Moderate. The Service is excellent!!!

Beware, giant meals up ahead. Really good. Can't wait for next time
