Sommerrodelbahn Klippitztörl

Fantastic place for a family with three childreen. All around wood houses, ski tracks are close to the houses.

We came to this place as a team building experience and I have to say I did not expect to have so much fun. The ambiance is exactly what you'd expect from an Austrian Restaurant and Hotel in the Alps at 1500m, that is wood, hounting throphies, excellent food, an in house sauna and leatherhosen.

Aside from the restaurant and hotel you have a bunch of things to do. You will habe scenery for days, a super fast sleigh ride where you'll start at 1855m on the top going down a rail all the way to 1500m. You also have a climbing park which is great if you aren't afraid of heights and are ready for your muscles to hurt like hell because the curse is 2-3 hours long with quite some ziplines(I cover this in a different review of the Climb Park itself).

If it's winter you have skiing slopes all around you so be it summer, winter or anything in between you will not be bored!

All in all grat fun, lots to do and a lot of friendly people. Definitely worth a visit!

Nice view alittle bit old but fun

Beautiful place.

Easy access, not too expensive, 1,4km of downhill rodel track. Top view is great and 45 minutes walking down.

Awesome views of the mountains, good ride, fast but family friendly. Will come again.

It is a great ski place. I recommend it the starters and the professional skiers too.

Tip top!!!!

Es war einfach wunderbar. Erst gemütlich mit dem Sessellift gute sieben Minuten nach oben fahren, dann kurz die wunderbare Aussicht genießen und danach mit dem Schlitten den Berg wieder runter sausen - mega cool !! Kann es jedem empfehlen der keine Angst vor Höhe und Geschwindigkeit hat. Wahlweise kann man natürlich auch zu Fuß hoch gehen. Das aber dauert dann gute 2 Stunden. Aber auch das lohnt sich für Wanderer total !!!!!

Mega coole Sommerrodelbahn, die Spaß macht. Das Preismodell finde ich zu kompliziert aufgebaut. Jeder steht erstmal ewig an der Kasse und muss sich orientieren. Parkplatzgebühr pauschal mit 3 Euro Tagesgebühr ist eher Abzocke. Mag in der Wintersaison sinnvoll sein, aber nicht im Sommer.

Sehr schön und lässig mit der Rodel runter

Gondeln sind ok, schöne Fahrt ,oben auf dem Gipfel auch sehr schön wenn das Wetter so wie heute bei uns war, die Abfahrt mit den Rodelpob ist super für Kinder und gung gebliebne .Wer die Kärnten Cart hat zahlt weniger, leider nicht kostenlos.Einfach einen Besuch wert
