Almhütten Moselebauer - Moselebauer Hütte

We have been to the Moselebauer Hütte a few times and i would like to recommend this to all of you. The service, the location is gorgeous. Especially Anton & Anna did an excellent job to make us feel comfortable.
It also very rare that you have such nice people speaking different languages and giving you a great time for a meal.
It felt more like family visit than just having dinner.

I drove all the way from The Netherlands (Maastricht) to Moselebauer. I heard from some friends that were there before that it would be a great location to disconnect!

And honestly it was more than that, my husband and me loved it! We stayed 5 days and by the end of our stay we got very close to all the crew members. Franz and Christoph were lovely, very attentive. Although we arrived quite late they had a little something prepared for us and took the time to show us around. Hospitality really runs through their veins.

Julie, the chef, was amazing! The food that she cooked was honestly one of the best traditional food I have had since very long! Big shout out to her!!

All in all, I can only recommend Moselebauer, great and authentic Austrian experience. Every day was fantastic and exciting!

We went there a few weeks ago and all i can say is that i had a lovely stay. Service was excellent, the rooms were clean and best of all the Pirker family (and of course their staff) are such kind people. I will certainly recommend it to my friends and family.

When hospitality would have a name in Kärnten (the area of Austria) it would be "Moselebauer Hütte". The open kitchen serves homemade cuisine from great soups, special platters up to the homemade specialty "Buchtel" (kind of a dessert or sweet treat with a homemade apricot jam inside and selfmade vanilla sauce around) . In the evening you can enjoy special cuts and dishes. I would recommend to take the Kaiserschmarrn in the end since it is homemade and comes with a little lightening show.
The spirit of the family and team operating the restaurant and chalets gives you a "home away from home" feeling.
The chalets have much space, a sauna and everything you need to start your day as the first person on the slopes.
I would pay even more for the (homemade!) food and the chalets - very reasonable prices.

When at Klippitztörl, than at Moselebauer Hütte! Next year again, for sure.

I very small place. We loved it. Good food, nice atmosphere. So much better than the bigger places.

Great atmosphere and very friendly staf. Diner is super and sure try the steak.

I was with family here about 10 years ago and I can say that it was wonderful and left me with fond memories for my whole life.

Wir hatten einen fantastischen Skiurlaub über die Silvestertage. Die Hütte ist spitze für 3 große Familien oder sogar 6 Pärchen. Die Halbpension sehr, sehr lecker!!!! Alle, sowohl Familie Pirker als auch alle Mitarbeiter sind super nett und hilfsbereit. Schon die Anreise mit Schneemobil ist es wert - Skifahren sollte man aber können.

Die Hütte steht direkt an der Piste, das Mittagessen mit Pommes, Skiwasser waren lecker und empfehlenswert, das Preis Leistung Verhältnis ist top und okay, am Abend kommt der Hammer, der Shuttle Service mit dem Schneemobil zur Hütte, das Essen am Abend ist super, top Positionen, lecker, gute Auswahl, wir hatten den Hüttenburger und die Grillplatte, darum vielen lieben Dank. Zu den Zimmern kann ich leider nichts sagen, die Sanitäranlagen sind in der Hütte top.

Weihnachten in den Moselebauer-Hütten war einfach traumhaft.
Anna und das Team sind einfach herzig und machen den Aufenthalt so komfortabel wie möglich. Das Klippitztörl als Gebiet ist gemütlich und bietet die perfekte Mischung aus Entspannung und ein wenig Aktivität für groß und klein. In Kombination einfach perfekt für einen schöne Woche mit Freunden und Familie.

Sehr gutes Essen und wunderschönes authentisches Ambiente. Top Service. Kommen gerne wieder.
