Didn't believe them but they were right. The fried chicken really was the best I've ever had in my life. Highly recommend it. The dessert selections are also very good.

Food here is unbelievably tasty. The menu is contains some items that you absolutely do not expect from this kind of restaurant. Funnily enough, these are incredibe too.
Korean Hot Wings: spicy, as it should be. Sesame and chili paste were spot on.
Steirabua: this is a must. It's a cordon bleu with a twist: it also contains pumpkin seeds and horse-radish and it is phenomenal. The potato was buttery, almost creamy. This main course was honestly the best one I've eaten in a long time.
Dame Blanche: this was good, but not great. Friend of mine ordered a panna cotta, it was very well done on the other hand, so I would recommend that.
The staff is quick, attentive and polite.
I am not a fan of the chalet design to be honest, but I am sure other people would enjoy the atmosphere.
Five stars, easily.

Came across this place a bit late on. Pretty location, friendly staff, delicious food and tasty beer. I found it a very enjoyable experience all round.

Gartenrast is a simply wonderful restaurant, specialising in ''Backhendl'' but serves up other ..equally delicious...Kärnten dishes. A great atmosphere and good prices and really friendly and charming staff..Well worth a visit. Seems to always be full (which is a good sign ) so. worth booking ..oh and they brew their own beer which is simply fantastic

I have been eating here for many years. Good choice of food. Lovely atmosphere inside and in the garden staff always friendly and accommodating. They also have take away service. Worth going.

Amazing place with beautiful view. Make sure you book a table outside. Friendly staff and the food was delicius. If you like potato salad better called the day before and they will do it fresh for you .

Famous for its fried chicken but offering a wider range of Austrian cuisine showing imagination. The restaurant has a mountain farmhouse feel, and the views are astounding. The best Austrian restaurant we have been to!

The food was sensational and the craft-bier was also good but I'm actually so mad at this restaurant because they don't advertise enough and the place is not easy to find so I wasted a lot of meals with low quality fried chicken at other places.
