It is one of the best shops in the center of the city, cause there are the last trending collections, the most comfortable shoes. And I can’t find any words to describe the service there, all the workers are nice to each customer, guiding and finding out the best models for you!!

Flatly refused to make a discount on the last pair of shoes size 45 with a clear defect (strong rubbing of nubuck). The decision maker was not contacted. Instead of discussing the reasons for not presenting the discount, the store manager allegedly "pulled" the pair from sale. I'm willing to bet that they will immediately put it back. Indescribable greed.
All my life I have been buying shoes in ecco, this is the first time I have encountered such an attitude.
