The bank is always extremely overcrowded and not enough stuff members to deal with customers.
The stuff sometimes is rude and provides poor quality service.

Hello, my name is Ravan and I'm from Iraq. Clearly what is written bellow shows discrimination towards Iraqi people, please read until the end.

I'm talking about the ACBA bank in Shinaraneri street, went two times first time going there for transferring money to Ukraine by MoneyGram, and the counter number 3 woman(who didn't know English well) with the manager spoke really rude and he (the manager said) I won't do the transfer without giving any excuse nor any explanation, and also mentioned that there is no problem also.

And second time going to receive money by Ria transfer, same guy, same counter, he said that you need to have your student card with you, even though i had my passport with me, with the documents of the sender papers. And again spoke really rude. After 10 mins of calling to whomever in the phone, he said you need to bring your student ID next time, this time we'll let you have the money.

Mentioned that I received in june the amount same sender who is my aunt, without any problems but it took exactly 1 hour to get it, asking about everything I do and done here in Armenia. I mentioned that second time too.

Worst possible bank with turtle speed service and irresponsible workers. They didn't register our card creation reaction because of system issue and they were not even following our case. 7 days wasted

Always crowded! Always!

Даже и не думайте обращаться в этот банк. Сегодня в течение 70 минут (1 час и 10 минут) я, гражданин Канады, имеющий вид на постоянное проживание в Армении) пытался отправить деньги в Польшу для оплаты приобретенного тавара. И что вы думаете?? Не смогли "профессионалы" ACBA это сделать. Всего-то 164 Евро. Сначала, они так и не смогли открыть для меня счет в своём банке. Потом им понадобились какие-то таможенные коды тавара, которые я почему-то должен (по их словам) знать. Далее им понадобились дополнитеньные реквизиты принимающего банка. В итоге операцию перевода я прервал и..... благополучно осуществил через другой банк (название публиковать не буду, чтобы не заподозрили в рекламе). Тем более , что в АСBA комиссия перевода была 9000 драм, а в другом банке я заплатил 7000. Менеджеры ACBA, вам на заметку!!

Худший банк. Обслуживание со скоростью 2 человека в час (и это не преувеличение). Работница третьего окна из головы выдумывает причины, лишь бы не делать свою работу
